The 60 m² Vrabac Apartment is located in the very center of New Belgrade, in the area known as "Stari Merkator." It features a bedroom with a large and comfortable French bed, a living room that can be used as a second bedroom with a pull-out sofa, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, a terrace, and a foyer. It is suitable for up to 4 people. Central heating, air conditioning, WiFi, TV, kettle, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, bed linens, and towels are all provided. It is fully equipped for a pleasant stay in Belgrade. The apartment is on the first floor of a high-rise building with two elevators, just a few dozen meters away from taxi stands and city bus stations serving buses from all parts of Belgrade. It is about a ten-minute bus ride or a five-minute drive from the city center. The central business district of the city is right here, in the immediate vicinity of the Vrabac Apartment. All well-known shopping centers are a ten to fifteen-minute walk away. Just a few minutes' walk from the apartment are the Danube and Sava rivers, with the Zemun and New Belgrade promenades along their banks. For nightlife enthusiasts, the most popular Belgrade river rafts, clubs, restaurants, and taverns are located here, as well as beautiful promenades, "Ušće" park, bicycle paths, and more. Within a hundred meters, there are several supermarkets, the largest market in the city, the famous "dolina gladnih" fast food street, theaters, hotels such as "Tulip Inn," "Jugoslavija," and "Falkensteiner," banks, the "Mother and Child" Institute, several well-known medical clinics, a Health Center, sports fields, and the most famous basketball court in the city, "Ranč," as well as two New Belgrade sports halls. The apartment is completely new, renovated, and adapted in August 2023. There are parks around the high-rise building, and there is a large public parking lot in front of it, which is free of charge.
