The building is completely new and by the most modern principles of construction, and the arrangement of common areas is at an unusually high level. New outlets are just emerging in the settlement itself (part of which is still under construction), and Belville and the Delta City shopping center are in the neighborhood. Jako pozitivno, apartman je prema očekivanju, vlasnica korektna i spremna da izađe u susret, mirno susedstvo. Jedina zamerka je previše bučan frižider :).
