Apartment Simeon is a complete apartment that has everything even for the most demanding guests. The apartment for the day is located in New Belgrade, on the stretch between the Kontinental Hotel and the IN Hotel and the Belgrade Stark Arena. It is in a newer building, which has an elevator, on the second floor. Simeon is a truly excellent apartment that meets all needs: in addition to being beautifully decorated, impeccably maintained and fully equipped, with a separate bedroom, living room and terrace with a spacious kitchen and a nice bathroom, guests have free parking in front of the building. The set in the living room is foldable, and two adults can sleep on it. As for additional content, air conditioning, central heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, clean bed linen and towels are available to guests. The environment is also phenomenal: Zorana Đinđić Boulevard has wide sidewalks, tree-lined streets, many new buildings, and plenty of amenities. In front of the apartment there is an excellent cafe restaurant Siesta, and across the street from the apartment is the famous "Viktorija station" restaurant, while the post office and several banks are about a hundred meters away. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to the Usce shopping center, as well as to the Sava quay, and the city center can be reached by walking for half an hour. Also, the tram and bus station are located a few minutes from the apartment. There is parking on the street, an all-day ticket is 200 RSD. Welcome!
