Apartman je odličan, pre svega nova zgrada, jako bezbedno i sigurno . Jako komforan i udoban stan, prilično toplo je u stanu iako je spoljna temperatura niska, nismo moralo da palimo grejanje. Kreveti su takođe udobni i kvalitetni. Terasa je velika i lep je pogled, nije bučno. I najbitnije od svega je higijena koja je za čistu 10-ku. Parking je takođe blizu. Opšti utisak 10/10.

Pozitivne strane apartmana: Lokacija, nova zgrada Negativne strane apartmana: Neopremljenost posudjem, bukvalno se nema gdje skuvati kava, nije usisano i pocisceno prije ulaska u apartman, dvosjed koji se razvlaci nema jednu nogicu, pa je potrebno nesto podmetnuti ako se isti razvlaci, cijena nije bila kako je dogovoreno nego je na licu mjesta naplaceno 5 eura vise po danu nego sto je dogovoreno jer je kao takva praksa ako dolaze 4 osobe(iako su dosle 2 odrasle osobe i dvoje male djece) iako je cjenovnik jasan i nije naplaceno po cjenovniku.
