Snow squalls are expected tonight through Thursday. What: Total local snowfall amounts of 15 to 25 cm possible. Significantly reduced visibility in heavy snow and local blowing snow. When: Beginning tonight and continuing through Thursday. Additional information: Snow from the Alberta clipper will gradually ease late this afternoon. Behind this departing system, cold northwesterly winds will lead to the development of snow squalls off Lake Huron. The snow squalls are expected to develop tonight and continue through Thursday. Snowfall amounts will be highly variable across the area. Snow squalls are expected to weaken Friday morning. ### Travel may be extremely hazardous. Visibility may be suddenly reduced to near zero at times. Road closures are possible. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
