Идеально: сервис и забота
Pros:

Друзья, это прекрасное соотношение цена/качество. Всё предоставлено как заявлено в описании, роскошный завтрак, небольшая но уютная зона спа. Везде продуманные детали Заботы и сервиса.

Бутик отель с хорошей локацией
Pros:

Хороший новый отель с приятным дизайном. Даже стандартный номер был просторным, места хватает. При заезде угощают шампанским и конфетами ручной работы. Хорошая локация, до Янтарь холла - 5 мин пешком, вокруг приятные улочки с виллами. При отеле ресторан с акцентом на балтийскую кухню, но лучше бронировать заранее, много гостей с улицы. Отель оправдал ожидания, все понравилось.

Наверное, лучший отель в городе
Pros:

Очень красивый отель, впечатлил дизайн номеров, удобные кровати, чистое приятное белье. Понравилось, что можно заказать еду в номер из ресторана (самая вкусная еда, что мы ели за всю поездку по Калининградской области), и замечательный завтрак с большим выбором (включаю икру и игристое). Обслуживание вежливое, но сдержанное. При заезде угощают бокалом игристого и конфетами ручной работы. Плохо, что чек-ин поздний, в три часа, а в бронировании указан час заезда 14:00. И еще из недостатков: плохая звукоизоляция номеров, слышно, как соседи разговаривают.

The best in town: food, room, bed, cleanness, quite - everything was perfect.

Pros:

Excellent hotel with very comfortable room. Great aesthetic, design and atmosphere. Friendly and informative staff. Great breakfast with a lot of options. Very nice restaurant for dinner as well.
