Not a hotel, but a place to stay for 2 hrs
Pros:

Не совсем все свежее, хотя ремонт был недавно. It is not at all fresh even though renovation was not long ago.

Расположение супер, убирать стараются хорошо. Location is super. Сотрудники приветливые, НО нет лифта, а это 3 или 4 этаж...Staff is friendly, BUT no elevator, and it is the 3rd or 4th floor...

нет холла, это просто маленький ресепшн на этаже, коридор и комнаты...no entryway, as it is a small reception, corridor and rooms...

И, в отеле постоянно бывают почасовики так называемые, то есть стены тонкие, слышимость высокая и проходимость большая...это огромный минус...and a huge minus is, this hotel accepts so called hourly customers with thin walls, high audibility and large traffic...

Pros:

I appreciate this hotel's location very close to the Metro entrance.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and safe.

The worst part was the loud music playing just outside my window until the early morning hours each night.

Staff were helpful and spoke enough English to make things simple for a non-Russian speaker.

Can’t even walk around the room. Just a bed space. Staff can’t communicate at all.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable, hotel staff was very helpful in arranging transportation, with access to many restaurants in the area. The hotel staff even helped us with our luggage to and from the hotel, and when we departed, even traveled with us to the airport to ensure we would depart from Moscow on time. Very rarely will you find hotel staff who are dedicated to perform such extra tasks.
