Pros:

Konumu çok güzel gitmek isteyeceğiniz her yere yürüyerek yada otobüs ile ulaşım imkanı var. Odamız geniş ve temizdi kahvaltısı doyurucu ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar çok sıcak ve yardımcıydı. Ayrıca dışarda kullamamız için verilen wifi telefonu işimizi çok kolaylaştırdı. Bir daha gelsek yine aynı otelde konaklarız.

Sistemsel bir sorundan ötürü satın aldığımız odanın aslında olmadığını 850km yolculuk yapıp otele vardıktan sonra öğrendik. Bu oteli konumu, kendine has dokusu için tercih etmiştik. Otel binasının dışında ek bir binada odaları olduğunu, çok daha uygun fiyata yardımcı olabileceklerini söyleyerek çözmek istediler. Biz de çok yorgun olduğumuz için kabuk ettik. Yorumum kaldığımız daire için. Küçük ve ne yazık ki havasızdı. (Cam açmamıza rağmen) daire bir pub’ın üstünde yer alması ve kaldığımız sürede irish pub beer fest gibi bişey olmasından kaynaklı gece 2’ye varan bir gürültü söz konusuydu ve uyumak zor oldu. Ancak otel personeli inanılmaz kibar ve yardımcıydı. Bu yüzden tüm olumsuzlukları görmezden gelebildik. Kahvaltı çok yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Otopark sorunu yok. Sadece araçla gelecekler için bir uyarı, otel hızlı akan bir cadde üzerinde yer alıyor ve trafiktekiler pek kibar değil. Onları kızdırmadan kaldırıma çıkmanız gerekiyor park için eğer boşsa. Doluysa bizim gibi bir kaç tur atmanız gerekebilir :))

Better to choose something else for this price
Pros:

Location and staff were very nice. Also hotel gives phone you can use as a hot spot walking in the city free of charge.

Cons:

- restaurant is not working except for breakfast
- breakfast is very very poor if you come at 10 (it’s till 11) and dishes that are supposed to be warm are actually cold, problems with refills of orange juice
- room service was not available
- it was very very warm in the room and a/c was not working due to central heating system. Staff helped us and got us a fan but it didn’t really help a lot
- coffee maker in the room not working
- 40€ for 2 colas and 1 redbull from minibar
- would be nice to have tea spoons in the room at least to mix sugar

The reason why we booked this hotel is room service and restaurant in facilities announced but in reality we couldnt use it, and also in Belgrade most of the restaurants work till midnight which means if you want to eat you need to make an order until 22:30 - and that is exactly what we wanted to avoid

La atención de Boiana fue inmejorable, con recomendaciones para cenar cerca del hotel, llamada para asegurarse que el lugar estaba abierto y que había sitio. El servicio de Spa gratuito también fue algo que nos gustó.

Personal increíble
Pros:

El trato de Boiana fue increíble. Recomendaciones de restaurantes, disponibilidad del spa, llamar al taxi. Hizo que todo fuera más que perfecto. Felicidades!
