Bed was comfortable. Lobby personnel was nice.

Cons:

The room had no windows. This was not described on the Booking page.

The location on the map of Booking says it is near People's park. But in real time the adress says it is on Huifu road, which is not near People's park.

The carpet and walls were dirty. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. Other guests talked loudly at the corridor.

A BIG SCAM
Cons:

I already booked this property for my guest but at the time of check in he was told that the booking is cancelled and now he has to pay new amount for bigger room. This is really a scam. I still have the confirmed reservation under my guest name Mr. Benjamin Fu. So I am not satisfied with the services and I am never gonna book this property for my guests in future.
