Hotel room was clean and spacious. Easy secure parking n great location
Simple and quiet space, easy to check in/out, good communication.
We liked that this location offered parking! As you know parking can be tough & costly too. The grounds were also very nice. Loved the amenities, like business center, as well. Room was clean. Not as spacious as I thought as there was no living room/sitting area. Hoped for at least a small sofa. The blinds did not keep the room dark. Too much daylight in the early morning. The a/c was also very loud & might need to be serviced. Liked the full kitchen, spacious bathroom, & king sized bed.
Everything was exactly as we expected. We really enjoyed the space and it had everything we needed for a weekend stay. Very walkable area as well and the view was great. Our only gripe would be the bed. It was very firm and uncomfortable if you’re use to sleeping in a softer bed. Nevertheless, we would stay here again.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely blown away by my stay at Kasa South Loop Chicago! From the moment I arrived, everything was effortless — super easy check-in and convenient garage parking right on-site. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and felt more like moving into a new home than staying in a rental.
The balcony view was nothing short of breathtaking — the kind of skyline scene you dream about when you think of Chicago. On top of that, every single detail was thought through: washer and dryer in-unit, fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plenty of fresh towels, extra blankets, and pillows to spare.
This wasn’t just a place to stay; it was an experience that set the bar incredibly high. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a true “wow” factor in Chicago, this is the place.
The location was perfect
nice area, shops nearby
“Kasa was a wonderful place to stay. The location and view were excellent, and communication was clear and timely. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and it is conveniently situated with many amenities within walking distance, which made our stay very enjoyable.”
It was a really nice and secure property.
Perfect location. You can walk to almost anywhere that you want to see in the city. Property was clean and well maintined. The view of the city from the unit was perfect. I will definitely stay here again when i come back to Chicago.
I was originally booked at a hotel but changed a few days before my trip. That turned out to be a great decision. Not only did it save me money, but the view was great, the location (south loop) was fantastic, and the apartment inclusions (full kitchen, laundry in unit) were so helpful.
I was in town for a week and needed a place near the hotel my company was at which was sold out. Kasa was clean, safe and had its own balcony for less money than the hotel my company was at.
Nice south loop location. Close to everything. Price was reasonable for the amenities. Plenty of space. Very clean property with great security.
very nice and safe
The units weren’t clean. The couch had several massive stains. The door handle was broken in the first unit so they moved me to a second unit. The second unit had two light bulbs that were missing and I was moved to the other side of the building where you could hear these very loud trains with bells. I barely slept. The light bulbs didn’t get replaced until the next day so the bathroom was too dark to properly apply any makeup. By the time the light bulbs were fixed it was Sunday and I was checking out on Monday. The stay at Kasa completely ruined my trip. I should have stayed at a proper hotel where they would have just moved me to a room that was functioning properly instead of having me have to deal with maintenance people. They would text me to tell me maintenance would be coming between 9:30 and 5pm and then maintenance woke me up at 9am. Who wants to deal with that while on vacation? Why should anyone be sitting around waiting for maintenance? And then they tell you you don’t have to be in the unit while maintenance is there but who wants to leave someone in their unit when they have valuable items? For the same money, I could have stayed at the Royal sonesta which had a better location and the room would have been perfect. I wouldn’t have to wait around for maintenance while on vacation. I also would find random hairs in places like the kitchen. The cleaners don’t clean the units well. They clean the floors and bathtubs but the walls were very dirty.
It's apartment like and the night view from the roof top is fantastic. Access to restaurants were within a short walk.
Great stay!! All services were convenient and customer service was easily contacted and responsive at all hours. Would return.
Fantastic property with an amazing view. Easy walk to food, shopping and the lake. Would absolutely stay again
The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and seems to be a nice neighborhood. The room was very clean and had all amenities listed. Only negatives for me woild be to have a regular coffee pot available rather than brew bags (which are provided) and supplying a full sized ironing board rather than table top one provided.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again on our visit to Chicago!
Our suite was lovely and well-appointed.
We were surprised not to receive any city maps or other travel helps. Check in and out are online.
Still haven't seen our final bill!
Excellent location, great views from our 13th floor rooms.
