La qualité du personnel , la propreté
Le petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Les repas
Pendant une semaine toujours la même chose trois plats chauds trois accompagnements et pas de la meilleure qualité
Deux sortes de fromage en petite quantité et toujours les mêmes desserts

Golden Costa Salou Adults only.
Pros:

This was our 4th stay, so I think that speaks volumes. We always find the staff friendly and helpful and the food is excellent. The rooms are clean, ours was cleaned daily while we were there.

Cons:

The only suggestion we would make is that they would put the floor number on the wall opposite the lifts so that you can easy see which floor you are on when the lift doors open.

Pros:

Tout, j'adore cet hotel, c'est mon préféré dans cette zone. La literie est de bonne qualité, le personnel est adorable, la nourriture aux buffets du petit-déjeuner et dîner est vraiment très bonne et propose des choix plus haut standing que la plupart des autres hotels, les piscines sont agréables, et le bar propose des options pour manger très bonnes et à des prix très corrects.

Hôtel vraiment excellent, tout est au top et surtout la qualité et quantité des buffets et petit déjeuner

Nice one time experience, don't think I'd return
Pros:

Our requests were accommodated for (We booked two rooms and asked for them to be close together and they were. We also requested one of the rooms have 2 single beds and this was also accommodated.) The breakfast was worth including, I cannot speak for the all inclusive. Rooms were spacious and the daily morning activities are nice to attend. The spa is also worth going to, it is 12 Euro for 1 hour.

Cons:

The floor of the shower was very grimy. Sheets were not changed, only remade the beds for the entirety of our stay (5 nights). During our stay, there was construction work happening right outside our balcony at the hotel opposite which made it very noisy. Worst of all, we had a cleaner enter our room while showering / getting ready and when asked why they entered the room there was no reply and they just left - even if this was a cleaner, our room was already cleaned so I don't know why they would need to enter.

L'accueil, les animations, l'emplacement, le confort de la chambre et les services proposés.
Problème de chasse d'eau peu avant minuit, on nous a relogé dans une autre chambre ! Et le lendemain durant notre absence la panne a été réglée, nous avons pu retourner dans notre chambre initiale. Impeccable. Merci.
