Pros:

Foarte aproape de vama Kulata, este o opțiune foarte bună pentru un stopover spre sau dinspre Grecia. Hotelul este curat, personalul este foarte amabil și bine organizat, iar piscina este întreținută foarte bine. Am apreciat numărul mare de angajați disponibili la terasă și în restaurant, astfel încât servirea a fost rapidă. Sistemul de rezervare pentru cină este foarte bine pus la punct – la sosire am găsit masa pregătită, cu numele nostru afișat. Parcarea este generoasă, iar oferta de camere acoperă toate bugetele, de la variante economice până la camere executive. Cu siguranță am reveni pentru o noapte de tranzit.

Cons:

Ca aspecte mai puțin plăcute, hotelul are foarte mulți țânțari în sezon, iar o dezinsecție periodică a spațiilor exterioare ar îmbunătăți considerabil experiența oaspeților. Micul dejun rămâne, din păcate, punctul slab al hotelului – este un compromis pe care îl observ de câțiva ani, deși revin aici aproape anual. De asemenea, preparatele de la cină sunt decente, însă sub nivelul cu care ne-au obișnuit restaurantele din Grecia, unde standardele culinare sunt, în general, mai ridicate.

Pros:

It may be a 3 star hotel, but it is better than most of 4 stared ones. From check-in to check-out everything was excellent. The room was nicely decorated and perfectly clean. All personnel were friendly. The facilities were very good, that's why many people from the village come to have a coffee or meal in the cafe - restaurant. We liked drinking our coffee and swimming in the clean pool !

Идеально для остановки в дороге:
Отель расположен недалеко от дороги.
Отремонтированные номера, удобная кровать, хорошо работающий кондиционер.
Есть бассейн, ресторан, бесплатная парковка.
Вкусный и достаточно разнообразный завтрак.
Очень дружелюбный персонал, причём каждый работник старался окружить нас заботой.

Excepțional!
Pros:

Revin după mulți ani în aceasta locație și constat o îmbunătățire a tuturor serviciilor. Camera mare, confortabila, aer condiționat silențios, curățenie și apa în minibar. Restaurantul și-a îmbunătățit meniul, iar micul dejun excepțional ca întotdeauna. Locuri de parcare suficiente, personal amabil și ambien plăcut.
