Pros:

Breakfast served at this venue was amazing. So many options and very well organized and staff does a wonderful job.

Cons:

We had issues with AC not working in the room but the front desk was very quick and sent someone right away to fix the issue.

If you plan to visit Acibadem hospital this is very good location.
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Reception lady was friendly and very comfortable.

Perfect for business travelers, clean, quiet, and surrounded by malls
Pros:

The hotel is located in Ankara's upscale Oran district, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and services.
The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help, special thanks to Meltem and Kadir.
The restaurant offered a tasty breakfast, rooms were clean and modern, with excellent soundproofing ensuring a quiet stay despite the lively neighborhood.
Housekeeping service was outstanding.
The price was competitive for this level of quality, especially given the limited hotel options in Oran.

Cons:

There is no dedicated hotel parking, guests must use valet service or park on the street.
The location, while upscale, is far from Ankara's historical and touristic center.

Pros:

Great location, comfy bed, nice shower. Hotel has a bar and restaurant as well as room.service.

I likeed the reception service. Orun was very cooperative.. i had to cancel one night due to change of flight. He assisted

No facial tissue in the room. There is no english channel in tv. And breakfast used to be more rich
