設備新，空間寬敞，色彩鮮豔

Cons:

冷氣很大聲
馬桶沖水超大聲，蓋上馬桶蓋勉強小聲一點
樓上樓下的房間沖水也聽得到，會被嚇到
沒供應瓶裝水，二樓飲水機有紙杯，其實環保應該要用可清洗乾淨杯具或水瓶會比較實用的

大馬路的小巷內，沒有直接承受來往車輛噪音
有停車場，離ubike站點近，老闆很熱情
某些房型可以從床看到浴缸，算好處...吧？

我們是都可以接受 就是睡前要把有馬桶的廁所門關起來不然別人充馬桶你會被嚇到（還蠻像洗衣機啟動再轉的感覺）有小孩的爸媽可能需要睡前裝比較熱一點的熱水 房卡只有一張比較尷尬不好出房門 隔音稍微差（會注重隔音的人就會很阿雜）
