Great little getaway for a show.
Pros:

Location was perfection, all the staff members were helpful and the room was lovely.

Pros:

Location is great. Room had a beach view which was nice.

Cons:

Room pretty clean (someone's hair on bathroom floor). Shower would not get hot in the morning. Casino stinks of smoke and hallways just have residual smoke smell. For the money I expected hot water at the very least. I was disappointed with my stay.

Pros:

My room is clean and quiet. Location is good, easy walking to the beach and to shops.

Cons:

A bit confused when trying to find my room location because it is in a big casino. But people there are friendly.

We knew that we were going to be checking in late due to some issues getting at the Hotel so we called in around 5pm to

The valet parking staff was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Rooms smell smoke and dirty toilets previously used without cleaning. No shower soap, less towels
Room service didn’t clean our rooms even though we asked for cleaning and they sent in a supervisor to come and check the issues and hopefully clean. Still, housekeeping didn’t clean the toilet, just provided extra towels and no body soap. They didn’t offer to change us to a different room , I guess since the whole hotel smells smoke even though it says smoke free room that we booked. Very disappointed. The rooms were too expensive for this kind of filthiness and rude attitude from front desk Abdul.
