Ubicación, atención de la recepción, seguridad y piscina y muy limpia. Elementos para la playa toallones y sillas en buen estado y limpieza.

Cons:

Internet muy mala, posee un muy bonito balcón, pero estaba todo sucio de excremento de palomas de varios días de falta de limpieza, el baño necesitaría una remodelación para dejar un Dpto. hermoso.

No estaba muy limpio, toallas manchadas, los accesorios de playa rotos (que no se podían ni usar), secador de pelo funcionaba muy mal y había olor como a humedad. Para tener en cuenta el parking sale $35 más taxes

I made a different booking that night in a normal hotel and left this sleazy joint.

Cons:

I booked in the evening and was told I’d receive a room number and access code, but it never arrived. Upon arrival at the site, I found that this is a private apartment in the low-class Casablanca Hotel. The lobby was dim, with shady people roaming around smelling from weed and alcohol.
Tried calling the owners (via a Mexican number) no one answered. They are not on site, and the security man had no record of my reservation since the office was closed. I waited for over an hour, messaged them, called and emailed them. No response. So I called Booking.com. The rep was very apologetic but she also couldnt get through to the owner. So she recommended making a different reservation and keeping a copy of the invoice, in case they charge me. It did not feel safe staying there, and I left immediately. Another guest mentioned checking for bed bugs, which only reinforced my decision.

I do not recommend this property. The listing is misleading. Spend an extra $50–$100 and stay somewhere properly managed.
