To many roches in the room. Otherwise it wasn’t a bad room.
Pros:

Location was great all though i thought i would have a beach view.

Cons:

I didn’t like that check in is at 4pm and when i arrived I couldn’t check in till 4:30pm room was not ready. Also they charged 140.00 for parking for 4 days.

No nos gustó nada, definitivamente es un lugar decadente, muchas cucarachas, el aire acondicionado estaba en mal estado, una habitación fea, y ni hablar del personal, algunas personas que trabajan en este lugar son poco amables al contestar. Adicional, imposible trabajar, el Internet es perverso. Si tienen la oportunidad de hospedarse en este sitio, evitenla, se asegurarán de no tener una mala experiencia

There was no breakfast. Smelt musty. Mold in corners of bathroom. Generally building was run down and no restaurants open. Building felt vacant in lobby/business area.

I enjoyed my travel to Miami. I just didn’t care for the room because of the pest control that were inside of the room.

Wouldnt stay again.
Pros:

The location and pool was nice! It said the pool was heated but it was freezing! There was lots of room and the beach was good!

Cons:

The room was so dirty and they only gave 4 towels for a 4 day stay. We asked for an extra bed and they don’t provide sheets or pillows for the bad bed. Drain months came out of the shower. The room was just not taken care of.

The worst place I have ever stayed at in the whole world. An absolute disgrace to Booking.com.
Pros:

The walkway by the beach.

Cons:

The room was tired and grubby. The beds were broken. The slats were on the floor.
The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Not any utensils for cooking. We had to go out and buy them and wine glasses.
The bathroom was particularly dirty, there was an abundance of black mould and a musty smell. The shower was filthy and the door was always getting stuck. The shower head was awful. Cockroaches were everywhere. We couldn’t wait to get home to our nice pristine spotless bathrooms and house.
The pool sunbeds were horrible plastic straps that were broken and stretched.
No sunbeds on the beach.
There was no restaurant or bar. The lobby was sparsely equipped and uninviting.
The WiFi was very poor. None in the room and not always in the lobby. The hotel security told us it’s always going out, sometimes for days at a time.
Nobody seemed to care about the pool rules that were not being enforced. People drinking beer and eating in the pool and playing loud music with boom boxes.
The parking was expensive, valet only at $30 a day. The laundry room was dirty and only one machine was working. The elevators were not always working.
We should get a complete refund as our holiday was totally spoilt.
