Very tiny room at Copenhagen
Pros:

The staff were nice. Thats all of it.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny, absolutely tiny. If you are travelling by 2, don't stay here. No where to put your luggage, no where to move, you'll be on top of each other. For a single person, great budget hotel. Its a 10 min walk from the station, not nice if you have heavy luggage. Bus options aren't good to the hotel, you will have to walk or take a taxi.

ottimo hotel, ma gestione dei pagamenti da rivedere
Pros:

La struttura è molto buona, pulita, organizzata, posizione eccellente, colazione impeccabile e staff estremamente disponibile

Cons:

purtroppo è avvenuto un episodio a dir poco inaccettabile. durante il checkin mi è stato chiesto (come concordato) di pagare l'importo previsto per il soggiorno. durante il pagamento il receptionist mi ha detto che la carta di credito era stata rifiutata.
ho così utilizzato un'altra carta per il pagamento.
a distanza di qualche giorno, dopo il mio rientro, invece ho scoperto che entrambi gli importi erano stati prelevati, sia il primo (quello che il receptionist diceva che era stato rifiutato), sia il secondo.
ho contattato la struttura più volte e mi hanno rimbalzato senza sapere cosa rispondermi.
finalmente oggi ho visto che il pagamento della prima carta mi è stato restituito, ma sono rimasto giorni in ansia con la sensazione di essere stato imbrogliato.
questa cosa è inaccettabile. imbarazzante, specialmente per un hotel di una città come Copenaghen.
peccato perché l'hotel è ottimo, e il personale davvero gentile e professionale, ma una cosa del genere non me la sarei mai aspettata.
