Otelde wifi sorunu var sürekli bağlantı kopma sorunu var. Yataklar konforlu değil ve temizlik konusunda daha iyi olmaları gerekiyor. Duşlarda su giderleri iyi çalışmıyor. Tv kumandaları kirli. Kapılarda ve halılarda çok leke var. Kesinlikle yenilenme gerekiyor. Ayrıca kahvaltı konusunda oldukça zayıflar. Bu konuda daha iyi hizmet için başka otelleri örnek almaları gerekiyor.

Единият асансьор не работеше и затрудняваше движението, чакаше се, до 10 етаж нагоре-надолу. За да ни почистят стаята, трябва да го заявиш на рецепция, което значи да чакаш на опашка. Стаята беше изключително малка, неудобна, студена. Мивката беше запушена. Много сме разочаровани, а толкова много пари платихме. Не бихме се върнали.
