Great, central location with excellent front desk service. Everything was clean, and the affordable.
Pros:

The location was excellent, just a few minutes from the main train station. The room was small but had just enough space to hang my clothes, take a shower, do a little work at the small desk, and go to bed. Definitely no room for dancing, if that gives you an idea of the size! 😊 Overall, it worked well for what I needed.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite light, with limited options and not much variety to choose from.

La gentilezza del personale

Cons:

Al nostro arrivo lo staff, molto cortese, dice di non essere al corrente dell’arrivo di due ospiti, ma solo di uno;
La camera è molto, molto piccola. Ha lo stretto necessario, il letto, una scrivania e un poggia valigia. Due sedie, una delle quali da solo fastidio. Il letto è accessibile solo da un lato, il che è molto scomodo. Quindi va bene per soggiorni molto brevi;
Il servizio di pulizia e cambio biancheria viene effettuato su richiesta, ma nonostante la richiesta il servizio non è stato svolto, solo dopo la seconda volta.
La moquette della camera è sporca. E il piumino aveva una macchia.
Una volta effettuato il check out il deposito bagagli è da pagare.

Trop trop petite chambre
Pros:

La situation géographique est l’atout de cet établissement. A 10/15mn de marche du centre on peut tout faire à pied.

Cons:

La taille de la chambre. C’est la première fois que nous logeons dans un hôtel proposant des chambres si petites qu’ il n’est pas possible d’ouvrir une valise normale, sans la poser sur le lit. ( et nous étions 2!) pas de placard. Les 12m2 comprennent la salle d’eau, le couloir d’entrée et le lit posé au fond de la pièce contre le mur sous la fenêtre. Tout est automatisé. Ça n’est pas forcément un problème, sauf si la connexion ne se fait pas pour prendre l’ascenseur. Lorsque nous avons eu besoin de renseignements, les personnes de l’accueil qui étaient charmants ne savaient pas répondre.
Notre surprise a été de voir un grand nombre de personnes qui arrivaient en et partaient.
Donc et établissement doit correspondre à un besoin?!
