Overall, it was nice!
Pros:

The room was comfortable. The key code to get in was convenient. The bathroom was clean.

Cons:

I came from the US and I didn't have a way to charge my phone. A USB plug in the room somewhere would have been very convenient. I wasn't able to buy an outlet converter. I had trouble getting in during my check in. I didn't realize I had to press a *star* between the beginning and end of my code. So I was stuck outside for a while while I tried to call the customer service. I wasn't sure if breakfast was offered here so I never had any at the hotel. A box of tissues would have been very nice as well. I caught a cold during my stay and ended up using the bathroom's toilet paper.

Fick reda på inchekningsdagen att jag blivit ombookad på ett annat hotel . Sämre läge från hamnen.
Cons:

Ombookning pga " vattenskada " ( dubbelbookning ?). Man sade mig att rummet finns på Crystal Plaza i Stockholm. Efter hoppande kom jag fram, men de hade EJ FÅTT någon bookning åt mig. Tack till trevlig personal på Crystal Plaza som dock kunde ordna rum åt mig och dessutom genast. Hade samma dag brors bröllopp att gå på.

Elektronik kapinin bataryası biz içerideyken bitti ve içeride kilitli kaldık sabaha kadar, dolayısıyla tuvalet ortak olduğu için odadan çıkamadık çok zor bir gece geçirdik. Otelde görevli kimseyi görmek neredeyse imkansız bir sorun olduğunda çözecek kimse yok. Rezervasyon yapıldığında gelmesi gereken dış kapı şifresi email olarak gelmedi kapıda -4 derecede 1 saat beklemek zorunda kaldık. Kimseye ulaşamadık. Korkunç bir deneyimdi. Odalar aşırı küçük havasız ve penceresiz.

Pros:

Needed location close to meeting venue. Rest is pretty poor.

Cons:

Lighting was poor, furniture old and needs refreshing. Low quality soaps etc.
