everyone smokes in the rooms. disgusting smell everywhere. there were bugs on and around the bed, no proper shower and the toilet seat was missing.

Unfortunately, the buttons of the elevators (to go downwards) are not working. To go down, it's either you have to go down the stairs or you have to towards the upper level first before heading down again.
The bathtubs are not really clean. Bedsheet are slightly torn.
Aircon's temperature is a bit inconsistent.
In short, the property needs to invest in maintaining it's mechanical and engineering equipments.
However, for the price I'm paying for, I cannot complain too much. Thank you anyway for all staffs and owners!
My wife and I love the room size. It was extremely generous considering the low prices which we were paying.
We love the fact that the hotel has elevators and the services provided are fairly responsive and good.
