Breakfast was decent and had a good variety.
I’ve always used bookin.com to stay in more than 3 different countries and in Colombia with around 10 hotels in different cities and I’ve never been charged a different price from the one I’ve accepted at the moment of making the reservation. They changed the price when my dad arrived before me to pay as I was traveling to the country. My dad had the amount I booked the hotel for and they gave him a different price, my dad didn’t have extra money and I was literally in the air and couldn’t send him any. They sent him away and didn’t even receive the money he had knowing I was on my way. The respect was horrible. Also, we had the culture festival happening on the same dates of our stay and we were able to see the parade from the hotel’s restaurant but to our surprise, when we got there they kicked us out because people that were not even staying at the hotel had booked the tables to watch the parade and US the guests didn’t have the right to stand at a freaking balcony to see the parade, again, the disrespect was too much. ONE MORE THING, the same card I’m currently still using in Colombia and have used in different countries was declined 4 times and didn’t work at all at the moment of making the payment, if I didn’t have my Colombian credit card with me, I would have had to leave at 2:00am which is when I arrived to the hotel. I’m never staying here again. The shampoo they provided was a finger size bottle and there was no conditioner. Disrespectful experience. Do not recommend.
El hotel esta ubicado en un excelente sector, con mucho comercio y perfecto para disfrutar las fiestas de la ciudad, el desayuno es tipo buffet y tiene buena variedad de comidas, es una excelente opción.
El check in es un poco demorado y generalmente hay que hacer fila, así que es mejor llegar temprano si se tienen actividades previstas.

Falta un poco de atención al huésped, sobre todo al momento del desayuno
