Pros:

チェックインに大分時間がかかりました。エクスペディアで予めお金を払っていたのですが、それがよく理解してもらえませんでした。
予めネットで支払う際は英語で記載した領収書等を持参する。あるいは現地で支払いする形の方が安心できると思います。

Pros:

Well.. The hotel itself is nice, it is new, clean and well equipped. The biggest problem was the location - the address on hotels.com was pointing into the centre of Jerash, so we went there. Quite a big surprise was that there was no hotel on that address. We've checked google - the same (wrong) location. Luckily some local people asked if we need help and even they didn't know where the Wooden Arcs Resort is, but when we called the hotel, they were able to get the directions. One guy told us he will show us the way, so we were following his car for around 20 kilometers before we got to the hotel. The hotel is located outside of Jerash, near Philadelphia University. Once we've got the the hotel, our impression was improved, the staff was friendly and helpful.
