Every day it smells in the hallways seen a roach in my bathroom and no tv service or internet connection horrible couldn’t even lay down and watch tv every night tv goes off and say no service

Horrible- do not stay here!
Cons:

When I checked in the door was locked (at 8pm). It took me nearly an hour to check in. The lady at the front desk took multiple phone calls. When I finally was checked in, it appeared the whole hotel’s AC was broken. I tried to inform front desk but she said there was nothing that could be done. I left and went to another hotel. I want a refund.
