Está muy bien
Pros:

La comodidad de las camas, la ubicación cerca de los parques, tiene un supermercado chico al lado, estacionamiento sin cargo extra, buena atención del personal y la limpieza

Cons:

Como mencionaron otros huéspedes en las zonas comunes había olor a marihuana todo el tiempo. Y en la habitación no había sillas y ningún utensilio en la cocina, nada de vasos, platos, cubiertos y nada para cocinar.

I probably wouldn’t book here again if I had to stay on the 3rd floor.
Pros:

The staff were nice, they were helpful!

Cons:

The third floor has this extremely strong smell of wet dog and old food , it stunk really really bad.

Takes too long to check in

Check in took a long time then at 4:30 room not available. At 5:15 finally got our room key but when we arrive maid was still cleaning so we had to wait again I. Hallway after taking over an hour in lobby. Got in and floor was very wet.

New and nice but could use some pest control
Pros:

I love the size and cleanliness upon arrival. I love how my esa dogs were comfortable there and I love how it is tucked away on a busy street.

Cons:

We saw a couple roaches, stove didn’t work, dog poop everywhere…

Lo peor de mi vida y me trararon de lo peor
Cons:

No me pude alojar en el hotel porque ellos cancelaron mi reservación sin razon ninguna, me dejaron son alojamiento a pesar de haber confirmado y llevado hoja de reserva, no volvere a usar mas esta pagina para reservar pues por lo que veo los hoteles no respetan la reservas que se hacen a través de Booking ademas me trataron malísimo, lo que debía ser una experiencia inolvidable se volvió la peor de mi vida y sin donde quedarme.

Probably should look for a better place to stay
Pros:

The room was clean and quiet

Cons:

I came in late on a Friday night. I was given the key to a room and when I went in, it was already occupied. The front staff person told me that sometimes housekeeping will leave a door a jar and people just wander in. Not terribly reassuring. The next day I went to get coffee and noticed four police cars, an ambulance and two firetrucks. When asked what was going on, the staff told me that it was not anything big or concerning and that I should not worry about it. I always use the stairs and when I walked up to my room on the fourth floor, I opened the door from the stairwell, looking directly into a room with a dead naked guy. Four police officers were outside of the room. It would’ve been nice to have a heads up about a situation on the fourth floor. Wi-Fi was super weak and slow. Nothing really worked in the fitness center.
