BEST PLACE TO STAY
Pros:

Everything was truly amazing! The staff members specially the receptionist is really good. Such a welcoming and friendly staff. We good accomodated very nicely and even got a free upgrade. From room service to complimentary breakfast everything was awesome. We have been booking here since 3-4 years and always its been an amazing experience. Highly recommended to all.

Great Hotel with value for money!
Pros:

The room was huge with nice and clean toilet, lovely TV lounge/Dinner table, the breakfast was traditional and lovely delivered in the room, location is great with markets around the hotel, staff was nice and polite!

I chose this place based on its high ratings and claims of an “exceptional breakfast,” but it was quite disappointing.

- First room was dirty — floor had paint flakes, clearly not cleaned

- Second room had safety issues: a protruding nail in the bathroom vanity and a mismatched, unstable toilet seat

- “Exceptional breakfast” was just one oily paratha, omelette, and tea — not even water included
No complimentary drinking water in the room (you have to buy it)

For nearly 8000 per night, this was not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay here again.
