Pros:

Actually, there was water damage in this apartment due to heavy rains the three days prior, so they relocated us to another apartment in Gammarth. The apartment in Gammarth was very nice and it was within walking distance of a nice small beach. The managers treated us very well and I would recommend this place for future stays.
