If you travel with your child under eighteen (18) years of age, you must present the minor’s identification document and the document corroborating the first degree of consanguinity (biological father - child) or first degree of civil kinship (adoptive parent - adoptive child).
If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors will not be allowed in the hotel. This is in accordance with the law.
Breakfast is not included for children under 11 years old when using existing beds and should be paid at the hotel upon check-in.

No tengo ninguna queja, todo estuvo espectacular. El servicio fue impecable y el personal de una amabilidad y disposición increíbles. El servicio de limpieza fue excepcional y el servicio a la habitación fue sumamente rápido, con comida de excelente calidad.
Las habitaciones son sumamente amplias, cómodas y cumplen con todo lo que prometen. Además, la cocina está perfectamente equipada con toda la vajilla y utensilios necesarios.
El lugar transmite muchísima seguridad y tranquilidad, y las instalaciones son fantásticas. La ubicación también es excelente, lo que facilita muchísimo el traslado a cualquier parte, y lo mejor de todo es que casi no se escucha ruido exterior. Un 10 de 10 absoluto! Sin duda, volveré.
It was so nice I didn’t want to leave the hotel at times
It is not easy to locate as it isn’t clearly marked. The restaurant has signage but the hotel doesn’t on ground level

Conveniently located near El Tesoro mall but far from the good restaurants and night life areas.
There is no hotel sign at the entrance and you get lost very easily.
Location was superb. Tesoro mall and mall del este had everything we would need for our 7 day stay. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, and service was exceptional.
Had lunch and dinner once at the Adele restaurant and both were great. Already looking to return to Medellín later this year and staying at this hotel again.
Only had corn arepas on one of the breakfast mornings, my wife’s fave 🙁
Other than that, everything was great! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
