L’emplacement de l’hôtel est bon et les chambres sont propres, ce qui est appréciable.

Cons:

nous sommes très déçues par notre séjour. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel notamment pour la piscine sur le toit, mais celle-ci était en travaux pendant 3 jours. Cela ne nous a jamais été précisé avant notre arrivée.
La veille, on nous a pourtant envoyé un message pour exiger un paiement à distance sous peine d’annulation, alors que nous avions demandé à payer sur place. Nous trouvons cela inacceptable et peu professionnel.
De plus, le personnel du soir n’était pas accueillant.
Nous allons faire une réclamation.
