Cons:

Klimaanlage heizte ununterbrochen. Keine Chance die Temperatur im Zimmer zu regulieren. Der Duschabfluss war verstopft oder nicht funktionsfähig und überschwamm den ganzen Boden des Badezimmers.

Disappointing!
Pros:

It was close to the train station.

Cons:

The ventilation system was awful. It was too noisy and brought the grease smell from the kitchen into the room. Although I requested the staff not to turn it on, they did it again in the very early morning. I woke with a disturbing noise and smell. Upon the complaint, the staff told me that they had nothing to do it about it. Very frustrating and disappointing experience!

The most wonderful front of house staff in the world, hands down!
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond when we were stranded in the early hours of the morning from a poor Airbnb experience. They took us out of the cold, gave us blankets and ensured once our room was ready we were straight in

The best hotel, they accept my reservation at 1AM, the room was big am comfortable, the breakfast was good and we had a lot of options to choose from, we also tried the spa and was awesome.
