Buena ubicación, aunque el servicio puede mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación me pareció muy buena, segura y con fácil acceso a todo. El wifi funcionó excelente durante toda la estadía, lo cual valoré bastante. El baño, aunque pequeño, estaba limpio y fue lo más cómodo del cuarto. En general, el hotel es tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de un día largo en la ciudad.

Cons:

Hubo algunos detalles que podrían mejorar. Pese a haber avisado en recepción, no realizaron la limpieza de la habitación durante el día. También tuve que pedir en dos ocasiones las almohadas adicionales, y el personal de recepción podría ser más claro y amable al brindar información, especialmente sobre el late check-out. En general, la atención fue correcta, pero faltó coordinación y calidez en el servicio.
