Freundliches Personal. Schönes Zimmer.
Sehr schöner Naturpool!

Cons:

Im Doppelzimmer war die Dusche schon arg klein. Zumindest für Personen > 1,90.:-)

Das Hotel ist so liebevoll gestaltet und das Personal wirklich hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Zimmer hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen und war sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war auch ausgesprochen schmackhaft. Mein Fahrrad konnte versperrt und sicher parken. Der Wellnessbereich sehr erholsam. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

Photos look better than the real thing
Pros:

The back of the property with the nature pool is very beautiful and relaxing, I would emphasise the back of the property is very modern but the main property is quite dated

Cons:

Particularly rude older gentleman working at the hotel was very dismissive, even straight up ignoring us at some points, extremely unprofessional. We were act ping couple travelling with our baby and were quite shocked by this.
The spa didn’t open until 14.00
We booked the property planning to use it so this was a shame as we had to leave before then
In addition I had a quick look in the spa and it looked quite dated.
Breakfast was also not on par with other hotels in Austria
Bread was mouldy

Pros:

Sehr großes und komfortables Zimmer, wunderschöner Schwimmteich, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.
Wir hatten eine Reklamation beim Abendessen, welche extrem kulant und ohne Diskussion gelöst wurde!

Cons:

Der Charme der Wirtin ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig 😏
