Pros:

Vynikající snídaně,velmi vkusně zařízený celý hotel, vše čisté, vstřícný , ochotný a velmi milí personál. Dokonalé Wellness , čisté, velké příjemná atmosféra. Za celý pobyt jsem nenašla jedinou věc která by mi nevyhovovala. Všem můžu jen doporučit.

Struttura splendida, spa molto comoda, bar fantastico! Abbiamo mangiato veramente molo bene al ristorante, consigliamo questo hotel!

Cons:

Non essendoci l'aria condizionata abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta.. ma i rumori dalla strada ci svegliavano di primo mattino, siamo abituati a dormire nel silenzio. Per il resto tutto bene.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Betten waren super angenehm und insgesamt war alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war ok, sie sind unseren Wünschen für vegane Auswahl nachgegangen, haben extra Avocados, vegane Wurst und Käse besorgt. Der Saunabereich ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Bar und die Cocktails waren auf jeden Fall ein Highlight, auch der Barkeeper war extrem nett.

Cons:

Leider waren die MitarbeiterInnen nicht sehr freundlich, jegliche Fragen wurden nicht sehr freundlich entgegen genommen. Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem Wintergarten und es war an dem Tag sehr kühl. Uns wurden keine Decken angeboten, wir mussten uns dann umsetzen auf einen Platz mit kleinem Heizstrahler, alles in Allem wirkte es auf uns so, als wären wir eine Last und für den Preis habe ich mir einfach mehr erwartet. Kaffee beim Frühstück fand ich gar nicht gut, hab dann den Kaffee von der Siebträgermaschine wollen und auch dafür gezahlt am ersten Morgen. Am zweiten Morgen wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der eigentlich nicht inkludiert ist im Frühstück - das wusste ich ja schon, weil ich am Vortag schon dafür gezahlt habe - alles im Allem einfach nicht sehr zuvorkommend. Preis / Leistung passt einfach nicht, hab mir mehr erwartet.

Udany pobyt w pięknym, klimatycznym hotelu z wyjątkowym widokiem na góry.
Pros:

Przepiękny widok na góry i świetna lokalizacja, blisko szlaków spacerowych. Bardzo podobał nam się górski klimat hotelu, obecny zarówno w wystroju lobby, jak i pokoi. Obiekt ma wyrazisty, autentyczny charakter i dobrze wpisuje się w swoje otoczenie. Od razu wiadomo i czuć, gdzie się jest.

Cons:

Trudno się do czegokolwiek przyczepić. Wszystko było w porządku!

Die Anlage ist sehr schön & es gibt ausreichend Liegeplätze. Das Essen war hervorragend:)

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer, was wohl schon etwas älter war. Es entsprang nicht den Fotos. Trotzdem sehr sauber und alles vorhanden wie beschrieben.
