Pros:

The front office & lobby look good. The restaurant is small but food is decent. The rooms are old style with old furniture. The rooms and washrooms need a lot of maintenance

Pros:

reception staff are with fixed mind, they are not happy with the online booking. room was very old, poorly maintained property. Aircon was ineffective, we have used table fan in to the room

Centrally located, very good ambience, quiet.comfortable. Very nice breakfast selections and other services.
Good customer service. Pleasure to stay here. Only concern is the fittings amenities inside the room Ned a to be upgaded. Not upto the mask for foreign travellers and to a 4 star hotel.

EMPIRE HOTEL gives feeling like heritage hotel.
Pros:

Hotel property is big , rooms are spacious , passage which leads to room from lift is they have to update for better feeling , it really waste entire feeling to stay in a good reception as well as big rooms. Or else everything is good including breakfast. Wifi is good in reception area but poor in room.

Pros:

Location was a plus.Staff was friendly. Food quality was excellent.
Room air conditioning was noisy. Bath room was not up to date, with poor ventilation and drainage. Bath room amenities were sparse for the price range of the hotel.
