New minihotel
Pros:

Hotel was a labyrinth with a lot of stairs. Staff was friendly and spoke (in reception) English. Breakfast was typical Russian hotel breakfast - not too fancy but enough variations to fill to stomach. Room was nice and quiet

New hotel with good wifi
Pros:

New hotel with very good wifi. Friendly staff (although not speaking English very well).
Breakfast is ordered to your room every evening for the following morning. There are couple of choices from which you can choose from. Every morning there was something wrong. Wrong items or missing dishes or coffee etc but always order was fixed.

Last night hotel started a huge and very noisy renovation next door, but a new room next door was arranged. But of course it would be better to arrange this in advance because hotel knew the timing and not when noise starts.

All in all a good price quality ratio. And because hotel is a brand new, all is in tip-top order.
