Pros:

A very nice, modern hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the location is perfect, with easy connections to the airport bus and the metro to take you everywhere. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

Für einen Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten war dies Hotel gut geeignet; zum Wohlfühlen weniger
Pros:

- geräumiges Zimmer
- sehr ruhig: weder Geräusche im Hotel noch von der Straße waren im Zimmer zu hören
- vielseitiges Frühstück
- obwohl der Frühstücksraum sehr groß und am Wochenende sehr voll war, war es dennoch nicht laut
- die Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station

Cons:

- Zimmer: man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen, obwohl wir nur im 3. Stock waren
- keine Reinigung der Zimmer innerhalb des 4-tägigen Aufenthaltes; frische Handtücher mussten wir uns selbst an der Rezeption abholen
- die Farbgebung der gesamten Inneneinrichtung, Wände, Decken und Böden ist dunkel und nüchtern

Pros:

Otroligt prisvärt! Suverän frukost. Sköna sängar. Stora rum. Grymt tryck i duschen. Är nog det mest prisvärda hotellet jag bott på.

Good staff and location, but room ventilation and housekeeping need improvement
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful. They helped us create a Strawberry account, which allowed us to get coffee and tea at the front desk. The hotel was generally decent, and the location in Kista was convenient for our stay.

Cons:

There was no regular housekeeping during our three-night stay, so we had to ask the front desk for basic items like towels or bedsheets. The room ventilation was also poor. All windows were fixed and could not be opened, and there was no fresh-air ventilation inside the room. The air conditioning seemed to circulate air internally, and the filter did not seem properly cleaned, as we noticed a lot of dust in the air. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety or warm options like omelets or fried eggs.
