El desayuno y la cama muy cómoda

Cons:

Solicité la habitación con jacuzzi y pagué un costo adicional por ese servicio. Sin embargo, al intentar utilizarlo, salían olores muy desagradables, por lo que no pude hacer uso del jacuzzi. Siento que pagué ese adicional en vano, ya que no pude disfrutar de una de las principales comodidades que ofrecía la habitación.

El primer dia el cuarto no tenia jabon ni toalla de piso. Pensamos que era por el precio. Dejamos la llave para limpieza y cuando regresamos tenia jabon y la toalla. O sea, el primer dia se habian olvidado de colocar. Habiamos ingresado mas o menos a las 7:30 pm o sea, hubo tiempo suficiente para colocar el cuarto en orden.

BUENA UBICACION, CERCA A EMPRESAS DE BUSES. NO RESPETARON PRECIO DE BOOKING

El desayuno es sencillo pero cumplidor.
El ascensor es amplio y rápido
La habitación es algo pequeña pero cómoda
Me permitieron guardar la maleta unas horas despues del check out

Cons:

Me cobraron un precio más alto al que estaba publicado en Booking.com. A pesar de mostrar la captura con el monto total que era casi 10% inferior al que me cobraron, no lo respetaron y me indicaron que habían enviado un email con la tarifa real (que era más alta)

La habitación era algo pequeña y la ventana daba a un patio en construcción
