We got a very spacious apartment (rented for the night as a hotel), with more space than we ever needed and for a very good price. Breakfast was also a nice touch for the price.

Cons:

We had a strong smell of Cigarette smoke when we came in, it eventually went away but it seems the ventilation is very much shared within the apartments. It went away presumably after we let the staff know and they figured out who was the source, but I’d never had that in a hotel, so that ended up being okay. The AC was also only in the common room, but that was okay. The lightstands also didn’t seem to work for some reason, maybe the bulbs needed changing. It also seems common in Peru hotels, but no hand towels for some reason!

Confortable y el personal amable, pero abusan con los precios
Pros:

Las instalaciones modernas y limpias, el personal amable. Tenian aire acondicionado básico en Chiclayo. Tuvieron el detalle de darme una habitación por encima de lo solicitado, aunque por lo que al final pagué lo compensó. Aunque igual era una habitación interior sin vista a nada. El desayuno buffet si es bueno.

Cons:

Que cobren 5% de más por pagos por tarjeta, no deberían hacer eso. Otra cosa que está mal es que abusen con el tipo de cambio de 3.60 cuando el dólar está muy por debajo. También que cobren tan caro por los snacks genéricos, es obvio que los hoteles cobran caro siempre esas cosas pero tenían precios de hotel de 5 estrellas! Igual son detalles que malogran la experiencia

uisieron darme una habitación para mi familia (dos adultos mayores, mi nieta de 6 años y mi hija de 35 años) en el sexto piso donde NO LLEGABA EL ASCENSOR !!!!! y la "SOLUCION" que ofrecían era otra habitación pero a mucho mayor costo y directamente con ellos, ya no con booking. NO ACEPTE Y OPTE POR NO ALOJARME AHI Y RETIRARME.
