I came for the Tennessee Federal Tax Conference, and I was so impressed with the hotel. It is absolutely beautiful!
Most importantly, I had an incredible experience with one of your employees: Paris Coleman. She helped me extend my stay, and while I was at the front desk, she told me about the Black Friday Glam Getaway special… I immediately called my husband, and he was excited about it and told me to go ahead and book it. I booked for two nights, and Paris helped me secure the exact same room that I had been staying in during this trip. I needed to make sure that we would have a king bed because my husband is 6’5”, so his feet hang off a queen bed. She said it was no problem and got it done for me. She also called me “Mrs. Kendall” every time she saw me throughout the hotel, and I appreciated that she remembered my name. That kind of personal touch is how you make customer service top-notch. You all have a gem of an employee in Paris, and I hope leadership knows that.
I can’t wait to be back next weekend and show my husband this amazing hotel that I found for us! Thanks for everything, especially Paris!
Nice place, clean room with plenty of space. Beds were good and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival our room was not ready, which did create a stress for us, as we were heading to a hockey game that evening. However Ms. Kay was extremely helpful and great getting us taken care of, removing any stress we had immediately. We went to the game and upon our return she had gone above and beyond to ensure we were all set. She was a pleasure to talk with and worked hard to ensure our happiness throughout. The next day Paris was extremely attentive following up via text to ensure we were settled in ok and happy with everything. The staff made our stay here an absolutely amazing experience, I will definitely stay here again soon. The room was very clean, and well maintained, comfortable beds, and a convenient location made this hotel a great find for my family and I. Great job all around by the entire staff!!
The staff was very polite and accommodating. You have to pay an additional fee for parking in an attached garage. Nice rooftop abc fitness center.

This review is related to the hotels inability to locate an important package for me for 3 days.
On Friday, a wildly important package was delivered to the hotel for me. Proof of deliver said “Hilton.”
I called and expected this to be an easy find. I was wrong. Hotel staff said it wasn’t at the dock, the front desk. Engineering didn’t have it. Meetings didn’t have it. It wasn’t in the log and according to the hotel, anything that has a guests name on it is added to the log.
I called all weekend looking for updates and seeing if they found it, to no avail. Miss K and Paris had absolutely no idea where it was despite saying it was delivered.
Upon arrival I asked Miss K if I could go down to the dock and look for it with her and she said “absolutely not…”
So that was that. A disappearing package into the dark hole that is the Hilton Green Hills.
UNTIL.. the next morning. The day I need the package, the new staff at the front desk remarks- “oh yeah, I think I remember seeing that Friday.” The head of engineering heads down to spoken known location and returns with the package.
How communication and process for taking packages at this hotel could be terrible that it out my job in jeopardy is unacceptable. Nothing was ever logged. There was no landing spot for all packages. One person knew where it was and I was lucky he was there that morning.
Lastly, hotels.com offers an executive floor for a higher rate, but there is no lounge. It. O longer exists. Correct that?
Rooms clean and up-to-date and food was great and staff was so very professional helpful and very friendly!!!
this was a nice quiet hotel ...we ha a quick stay...but this is a nice area of Nashville. The room was clean and bed was great! I like the shower glass door and not a curtain...but the towel hook was in the wrong area and you couldn't grab you towel without opening the door and stepping out of the shower. The only other negative was the water pressure was lousy.
