I’m extremely disappointed with my stay, especially given that this is marketed as a luxury hotel.
At 5:00 AM, the in-room alarm—clearly left on by a previous guest—went off and completely disrupted our sleep. This is a basic housekeeping oversight that should have been caught before we arrived.
What made matters worse was the lack of response and customer service. I tried to contact the hotel to discuss the issue, but no one answered the phones. I then used the chat feature in the app, where I was told a supervisor would follow up with me. No one ever did. Even after checking out, my attempts to follow up through chat have gone unanswered.
For a hotel at this price point, both the attention to detail and the level of service fell far below expectations. I would not stay here again based on this experience.

Kalisa Meeks at the front desk was very helpful and I can’t say enough about Rosmery Mesa the convention center manager was so helpful in regards to the trade show event at the hotel. I’ve done a lot of trade ashows and Rosmery was by far the most helpful in the 50 plus trade shows I have done at hotels and convention centers. I will recommend this hotel for future events because of Rosmery.

This was during the ice storm in Nashville. The staff did a great job handling the chaos. There were some staff that went above and beyond - Gary and Paris.
Sewer smell in room. Everyone brought their dogs - saw two dogs fighting while there and also watched one pee in the lobby.
I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Having stayed with you in the past, I wanted to note that my experience this time around was by far the best I’ve had.
In particular, I want to recognize Paris. Every time we crossed paths, she greeted me warmly and was incredibly attentive to all of my needs and concerns. Traveling for business can be stressful, but her professionalism and constant smile made a significant difference in my stay.
This is truly one of the best hotels I have visited, thanks to staff members like Paris. I look forward to returning in the future.

I came for the Tennessee Federal Tax Conference, and I was so impressed with the hotel. It is absolutely beautiful!
Most importantly, I had an incredible experience with one of your employees: Paris Coleman. She helped me extend my stay, and while I was at the front desk, she told me about the Black Friday Glam Getaway special… I immediately called my husband, and he was excited about it and told me to go ahead and book it. I booked for two nights, and Paris helped me secure the exact same room that I had been staying in during this trip. I needed to make sure that we would have a king bed because my husband is 6’5”, so his feet hang off a queen bed. She said it was no problem and got it done for me. She also called me “Mrs. Kendall” every time she saw me throughout the hotel, and I appreciated that she remembered my name. That kind of personal touch is how you make customer service top-notch. You all have a gem of an employee in Paris, and I hope leadership knows that.
I can’t wait to be back next weekend and show my husband this amazing hotel that I found for us! Thanks for everything, especially Paris!
