Apartment and location is adequate and staff at front desk was very helpful. Having said that, I was charged a $200 cleaning fee for my five night stay -the apartment wasn’t cleaned once. Had I known about the ‘cleaning’ fee, I would have opted to stay in a regular hotel.

What a gem of a place, a real find and fantastic alternative to a hotel.

Amazing location, great apartment, quiet, yet so central. Really, very pleased we did this over a similarly priced hotel.

Our contact Jaime was amazing, in the run up and during our stay. You just couldn't want for better service, they even let us drop our bags off early, before the room was ready.

Great location and very nice helpful concierge. However, apartment overpriced and not executive standard. It needs renovation, blinds do not block out light in morning, so woken up very early. And at night the blinds become sheer and let adjoining office building see into the living room and bedroom. Located on top floor, which allows a lot of mechanical noise into the apartment from air conditioning units on the roof. Several start up, one after another, including a very noisy unit servicing the apartment. Kitchen ok, but take your own kitchen towel if a long stay. No facial tissues. Little things matter. Bed ok but bathroom small and aging.

Reception was very pleasant. Made you feel at home. Location was excellent . We walked to most locations of interest to us as this property in back bay was central. Would recommend .

We needed a place for 2 nights for a college visit. This place was perfect. I was a little caught off guard with the request for a cleaning fee after booking. That increased the price to the same as a hotel. That should be disclosed before booking. Overall great place.

Wonderful apartment, excellent location. Lots of shops and restaurants! Once you make the reservation, communication is lacking so far as instructions to access the apartment, but the staff is pretty responsive once you call them. No issues with the apartment, pleasant residents and great concierge service. I would rent this place again.

Excellent property, easy to book and navigate around

While it was very attractive and clean, unfortunately, there was very little information about the amenities. There was a white binder tucked away on a bottom shelf on the coffee table (which I unfortunately discovered right before I checked out) that had information that would have been helpful to have had on day one. Staff was initially very responsive, but when I wrote to inquire about wifi, I did not hear back, so this was unfortunate. Also, I was there for two nights, and there was one single white towel for use (if there had been more people, it was unclear where more towels were).

This is a lovely clean unit located in the heart of the Back Bay. Great walking distance to shopping and lots of restaurants.

Upon arrival, it was noted that the toilet paper holder as well as several of the handles to the dressers were broken. Despite request to fix them no repairs were done

There were not enough towels or washcloths. A text to our contact addressed the towel shortage. Never got the washcloths

The building staff is very friendly and helpful

No heating at the apartment. Just AC. The heating is a general building one and is not always on.
The bathroom was kind of old and uncomfortable. The bedroom was quite good as well as the rest of the The main matress was kind of too used, it need to be changed i think.

GREAT location. The best.

The apartment was huge, had everything we needed. Groceries within 2 blocks. Boston finish line within half a block. Great running trails within block. So much food and shopping. Expo was 6min walk, mall 6min walk, Boston bus loading 8min walk, finish line 5min walk. So convenient. Had cable & Netflix. Wifi was great. Had food/snacks out all the time. 24 hr help at door. Elevators fast (mom in wheelchair). Hope to stay next year again.

The apartment has a concierge who was extremely helpful. The last apartment I accidentally got through hotels.com didn't have front desk or manager on site so when I didn't receive the secret code to get into that building I spent hours sorting it out. With this place you are supposed to receive a text from the folks who manage the property with a form to sign and instructions on getting keys etc. so make sure the number on your hotels.com account is your mobile or contact them at the number they have listed. It was a super easy process that i sorted out the day before arrival because my office number is on my account. The apartment was awesome. The only reason I didn't give it perfect marks was I hate shower curtains and the toilet was small and crammed against the wall in this particular unit. Other than that the place was perfect. There were 2 roll away beds on a couple of the closets so you could have had a small family stay easily. The appliances were all GE profile and new. There were plates, and pots and pans if you wanted to cook in. It made eating leftovers way nicer than heating in a hotel room using the hairdryer :) Wifi is comcast so its extremely fast and the TV had HBO and tons of channels. I would absolutely stay here again. Right by all the great shopping and restaurants and top notch facilities. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in the area.
