The room was clean and affordable.
For the second time in a month, they had a pipe burst and cut off the water for hours. I went to work without a shower for the second time staying there. Never again.
Not much. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having the kitchen.
The fridge was warm when I arrived, the water would randomly not work, there were roaches, the closet was designed horribly, there is no elevator, which sucks when on an extended stay and have a lot of items to carry in. Very unwilling to work with me, when I got into my home a week sooner then planned, refused the week refund. This place was just not worth it!

That I had no hot water and then no water at all. However, that was an act of God so it was out of their control.

Nothing
Absolutely nothing, never got to stay, I received a call at 1035am the morning I was supposed to check in for my stay, the man said he called to let me know the room i reserved was not available and the had no other rooms available. And they refused any payment ( 55.00 ) they took as a deposit ( saying i didnt cancel within the day prior) which is crazy, because i didnt cancel, they did. I had no intentions on canceling, I was going there for work.
But knowing that, I feel he could have called the day before to give me ample time to find something else. I was able to find something different at the cost more then I wanted to pay, and it was at a regular place without a kitchenette, so food was expensive. I will just never refer anyone and I will never look to stay there again
