Lubyanka Art Hotel

Большой плюс - расположение. В номере чисто, бельё чистое. Техническое состояние номера удовлетворительное. Но есть холодильник, фен. Очень "хитрый" душ. Завтрак - скромный, но вполне не плохой, а главное свежие продукты. В общем и целом - для остановки на 1-2 ночи - хороший вариант.

Sehr gut gelegen, Frühstücksbuffet wenig Auswahl aber gut. Ruhig, freundlich. Klimanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht wirklich. Grosszügiges Bad. Grosser Schrank, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher. Alles gut.

C'ero già stato, questa struttura è in posizione strategica vicina alla stazione del metrò Lubynka. La colazione è decisamente da migliorare, come i tempi di risistemazione della camera... alle 17.45 ho dovuto sollecitare la pulizia inquanto aspettavo un ospite...

Vilket hemskt hotell. Kingsize sängen var 120cm och de var de det hade i alla rum sa de. Rummen var små trånga och kändes väldigt smutsiga.
När man duschade svämmade det över och vattnet forsade ut från toaletten så att heltäckningsmattan i rummet blev som en sumpmark.
Frukosten var nere i en källare med extremt dålig luft och utbudet var dåligt samt att kylvaror mm stod i den varma kvalmiga lufttemperaturen utan någon form av kylning

The break fast is minimal. The staff is not very cooperative. Don't speak English.

Lo mejor la ubicación y que era una habitación muy amplia.
Lo que menos, el baño necesitaba un poco de mantenimiento y la ducha funcionaba regular.
A nosotros no nos importó pero no tiene ascensor.
La habitación para el desayuno solo es para 9 plazas.
El desayuno es escaso para lo que esperamos en España.

This hotel was in a good location for touring the city. Not too far to walk and plenty of places to eat and drink, however this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and I would not agree it is a 3 star! Our room was very small and claustrophobic. We were only given one towel for four days between two of us, the bed was not changed during our stay, it was said it would be changed every 3 days but was not changed during our stay. On our first morning we went to the restaurant for breakfast to find 3 tables with only two chairs at each table. Breakfast was between 7-10:30. We went at 8:30 and had no where to sit and there was no breakfast left apart from cornflakes, a few slices of ham and two slices of cheese, no bread or any other choice of cereal or fruit. We waited but felt very uncomfortable waiting for people to finish so we left with nothing. Absolutely no choice and the smallest room. , could not call it a restaurant with 3 tables and six chairs! On one occasion we fetched a chair from our bedroom so we could sit down! No safe in the room to store our valuables and the room was not cleaned, the only thing that the cleaner did was empty the dustbin, the coffee was not replenished and the bathroom not touched , very very disappointing, would not recommend ,

L’hotel è posizionato a massimo 10 minuti dalla metro rossa fermata Lubyanka e a 20 minuti dalla pizza rossa, con una bella passeggiata ci si arriva comodamente.
Si trova in una zona residenziale pulita e tranquilla. A poca distanza ci sono comunque ristoranti e bar.
La camera è confortevole e c’è tutto il necessario. L’arredamento è obsoleto.
La pulizia è scarsa, il minimo dell’accettabile.
Ho notato che era presente lo splitter dall’aria condizionata ma non c’era il telecomando, probabile che sia a pagamento.
La colazione risulta monotona e viene presentata con poca cura. La sala delle colazioni è troppo piccola rispetto agli ospiti. Anche in questa stanza la pulizia è un po’ un optional.
L’hotel è presidiato 24 ore, quindi a qualsiasi ora arriviate basta suonare il campanello.
Attenzione che l’insegna è solo in cirillico.
Il prezzo che ho pagato mi sembra corretto per il servizio che ho ricevuto.

das Morgenessen Raum ist sehr klein und Mangelhaft.
Die Badtücher wurden nie gewechselt. und Nachts müssen die Fenster geschlossen sein. zuviel Lärm. Nur eine Person beim Empfang war sehr gut. Die anderen waren nichts wert.

Все выигрывет расположение и адекватная цена в выходные. В номере холодно, не очень чисто
