Cons:

The hotel did not have our booking despite it being confirmed. The receptionist was tok busy flirting with the men in reception to talk to us and talk us about breakfast etc. They tried to overcharge me on checkout. The room was really shabby. Breakfast was eggs and bread, nothing else. The worst we have had in 5 weeks.

Fotos engañosas. Hotel antiguo cerca del centro.
Pros:

El personal es amable y dispuesto. Esta relativamente cerca del centro, se puede llegar a la plaza de armas andando en unos 15 minutos.
Nos guardaron las maletas sin coste después del check-Out.

Cons:

Las fotos son engañosas, la habitación matrimonial es pequeña, 10-12 metros como mucho, no los 20 que indica en booking, las ventanas dan todas a los patios interiores o escaleras, la colchas son viejas y la habitación en general está muy descuidada.
Cuando entramos en la habitación y vimos lo pequeña que era y que tenía la colcha rota (como quemada) y en general alejada de la fotos de booking, reclamamos y amablemente nos cambiaron a una "suit" por el mismo precio. Esta estaba mejor, pero la ventana daba a una escalera interior, la colcha aunque sin fotos está vez era vieja. El water tiene un cierre con una puerta corredera que no encajaba bien y con un listón de metal encima de la puerta que si mides más de metro sesenta y cinco o te agachas, o como te despistes te golpeas todo el tiempo.
El aire acondicionado/ bomba de calor sonaba con un pitido estruendoso que impide encenderlo.
El precio que indica booking, también es engañoso, porque el tipo de cambio al dólar del hotel no es el que usa booking, sino bastante peor, aunque ésto desgraciadamente ocurre en casi todos los alojamientos de booking en Perú. Debería venir en precio en soles y si uno sabe realmente lo que va a pagar. Si has visto en precio en € cuenta que serán 6 más de lo que dice booking de forma engañosa.
El desayuno es correcto por el precio, pero tienen a solo dos personas para cocinar y servir, por lo que si se llena no dan a basto.
Indican en booking que la salida es a las 13:00 y luego allí te dicen que es a las 12:00.
