Pros:

Ottima posizione e location, al piano terra dello stabile, sia dell’hotel sia degli appartamenti ci sono molte soluzioni per mangiare. A pochi passi c’è il supermercato il cambio il parco Kennedy e in 15 minuti si arriva al lungomare. L’appartamento è grande e il letto è molto comodo e il balcone che si affaccia su Miraflores è certamente molto carino. Il personale è molto gentile

Cons:

Il Wi-Fi nella struttura degli appartamenti non funzionava e anche dopo un sollecito non era in grado di supportare il minimo traffico. La cucina era un po’ rattoppata ma funzionale. C’è molto traffico nella strada sottostante per cui chi ha problemi di sonno dovrebbe chiedere un altro affaccio. La colazione un po’ basica forse troppo per un hotel di questo tipo, sarebbe carino ormai di questi tempi e in una capitale, avere indicazioni sugli allergeni per ogni cibo offerto senza dover chiedere ogni volta e aspettare risposte vaghe, e laddove ci fosse necessità offrire qualche opzione in più per chi come me intollerante al lattosio e allergica alle uova.

Um hotel agradavel, mas que me causou cansaço de ter que insistir em algo que era meu direito.
Pros:

Localização, tamanho do quarto e da cama, cozinha bem equipada, banheiro muito bom, decoração bonita e agradavel.

Cons:

Nas fotos que vi na internet havia uma varanda de frente para a rua, tanto no quarto quanto na sala, mas me colocaram num apartamento com janela para uma parede e a recepção demorou dois dias, depois de muita insistência, para nos trocar para o quarto que havíamos selecionado. O apartamento onde fiquei está num prédio e a recepção em outro prédio e isso dificultou a logistica.

Cons:

Air conditioner did not work in our room. Reported it 3 times, maintenance came twice but no fix. Some staff members at reception were not as helpful or enthusiastic as other staff.

Hermosa vista, excelente ubicación

El espacio bastante amplio, tenia todas las comodidas para pasar el dia, ubicación excelente. Buena vista

Cons:

Al momento de hacer el check in, me indicaron que el apartamento era en el otro edificio. Solo me dijeron que caminara. Me hubiera gustado que el de recepción u otra persona del hotel me guiará ya que tuve q pedir ayuda al de porteria que muy amable me llevó.

Pros:

Het appartement was compleet en luxe!

Cons:

Inchecken ging niet zo goed. Het online formulier werd niet gevonden en we wisten niet dat het appartement in een ander gebouw zat dan de receptie. We kwamen midden in de nacht aan, dus was even zoeken

Tenia un olor a guardado y antiguo, el baño era bastante antiguo, aunque estaba todo limpio, el olor si era a guardado como si no hubiera utilizado en años, esto no hubiera sido problema pero mi esposo es alérgico a ese olor
