Тихий ужас
Pros:

Гостиница старая в «лучших» советский традициях. Комната пыльная. Всюду дохлые мухи, пауки и «прочие жуки». В углах паутина. Душевая кабина в трещинах, заклеенная скотчем. Окна старинные, рассохшиеся (ни открыть, ни закрыть), грязные, пыльные с отваливающей краской. Москитных сеток нет. Всю ночь пришлось гонять комаров. В комнате не оказалось телевизора, начали выяснять оказалось в гостинице совсем нет телевизоров, на мои возражения что на фотографиях при бронировании телевизор есть, предложили забрать телевизор с ресепшн себе в номер. Естественно тащить его пришлось самостоятельно. В общем ужасная поездка получилась. Единственный плюс это локация.

Easy budget option in very nice area.
Pros:

This is a good place to stay if you come by car. However, metro station is not too far and there's even a bus connection to it. Service is good, however non-english speaking, warm enough in winter time. Only bigger problem is with the water, it takes a while to wait for hot water.

The best thing is the area, very quiet and in general, classy. Some shops nearby, not many restaurants.

Affordable and peaceful in beautiful area
Pros:

Affordable option in very beautiful and peaceful area. Good parking in front of the door. I have stayed many times here, the only thing I miss is the fridge from the apartment kitchen. Hot water takes time to come.
