Pros:

The location was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was a very basic room with no lamps and only 1 power point in the room, next to the door.

Cons:

The accommodation was very basic. The noise was bad from the kitchen staff in the morning and the bar next door 1 night. There is currently construction work being done on the building next door too. The sound carries through. It is very easy to leave your key, locked inside your room. The telephone number listed on the front door is not the number required for night time issues.

Desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Toallas y sábanas algo manchadas. Paredes con humedades.
Pero lo peor sin duda el ruido en todas las habitaciones.

Pros:

Ottima colazione preparata dalla bravissima sig.ra Elena.
Disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario.
Tanti locali nelle vicinanze.
Jacuzzi sul rooftop disponibile semplicemente avvisando il proprietario.
Supermercato D1 a 50 mt

Cons:

Purtroppo ci è capitata la stanza numero 1,che affacciava sulla strada ed affianco all porta d'ingresso.
Lontananza dal centro,ma con APP di mobilità urbana/ taxi o fermata metro nelle vicinanze si risolve il tutto.

Good but be prepared for noise within the hotel
Pros:

Location was great. Beds were super comfy. Place was very clean. Great size room with balcony. Hotel felt safe.

Cons:

Noise really travels through out the building. This was everything from people talking in the roof to staff making breakfast. It echos through out the whole place. Staff were helpful but not friendly. We arrived at 6am and we were told that someone would give us access but no-one was there.

Wish I stayed at my hostel
Pros:

It had a TV and the breakfast wasn’t too bad.

Cons:

No staff, no AC, the hot tub wasn’t in, it was loud and besides busy street. There was a hole in my bathroom to the front kitchen which was not odd so I could hear and smell them clearly and so could they.

Guesthouse carina a Manila
Pros:

La guesthouse si trova a Manila, zona turistica e sicura, un pochino più tranquilla rispetto a El Poblado, piena di ristorantini e locali. Offrono un servizio di navetta per l'aeroporto e tengono le valigie oltre l'orario di checkout. Colazione buona, composta da pane, burro, marmellata, caffè, succo, yogurt e cereali e un'opzione tra uova e arepa con formaggio e prosciutto. La terrazza è molto tranquilla e affaccia su una strada poco trafficata. Abbiamo partecipato a due gite organizzate tramite la Guesthouse e ci siamo trovati bene.

Cons:

Sarebbe meglio cambiare gli asciugamani più spesso, considerando che c'è umidità e fanno fatica ad asciugare.

Regular por no poder descansar bien y las instalaciones un poco viejas pero la ubicación muy buena

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación

Cons:

Arriba hay una terraza y la gente se va allí a tomar su copa y charlar y en la habitación que estábamos alojadas se oía todo y nos ha costado poder dormir. Además pedimos poder toma un café porque ningún día podíamos desayunar que estaba incluido por nuestros horarios de excursión y no se nos hizo caso

Muy buen Ghest House! Recomendable !
Pros:

Todo mas que bien. Es un Ghest House muy bien equipado, limpio, cómodo. Y lo mejor es que está ubicado en una zona que diria que es la mejor. A pasos de bares y restaurantes en un barrio tranquilo y vistoso. A 1 km mas o menos de la zona mas concurrida (Parque Lleraz y Porvenza).
El desayuno muy bueno!
