Did the job for the price paid, but I wouldn't go back.
Pros:

Great location, polite staff and comfortable bed. Even though breakfast was very simple (eggs, sliced bread and cereal), the eggs are made on order, so it was a good start for the day.

Cons:

I found some hairs on the bedsheets at my arrival, so I had to request a clean set of linen. The room I got needs some love, especially the furniture, but, as I was just staying a couple of nights there and didn't spend much time in the room, it did the job.

I picked this hotel for its jacuzzi on the terrace, but the water was freezing cold, so I couldn't use it. Very disappointing.

Nice quiet location, room
was bigger than expected, friendly staff, nice roof terrace.

Cons:

Room was extremely hot, even with the fan going. TV from room next door minutes on shared wall. Could be heard as though in our room.

Cons:

At 4am two men opened and walked into our private bedroom.
It may have been by mistake but the door was locked their key shouldn’t have worked.

Excellent location...tree lined streets short walking distance to metro and longer walk to Bus Terminal Sur. Rooftop cozy hangout and great breakfast. Helpful and kind staff.

Nicely decorated room, clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. Good coffee. Great location close to everything.

Cons:

The shower wasn't good. The pressure and temperature were not consistent. The water leaked onto the floor after we showered. There was nowhere to hang our towels or clothes. The room we had was on the top floor by the terrace and the first night there were people outside partying until 6am so we couldn't sleep.

Très bon emplacement et personnel serviable. Chambre spacieuse pour 3, lits confortables mais chambre en rooftop bruyant
Pros:

L’emplacement est secure dans le quartier Poblado avec de très bons restaurants aux alentours. Nous sommes sortis de nuit pour dîner sans problèmes avec notre fille de 6 ans. Le personnel est adorable également, nous avons dû partir tôt pour Guatapé donc bien avant le petit déjeuner le 1er matin et ils nous ont préparé des sandwiches ! Le lendemain super petit déjeuner copieux ! La chambre est agréable, les lits sont confortables, mais tout en haut sur la terrasse très bruyant avec les bruits de la route. Le jacuzzi était fonctionnel mais froid à Medellín nous n’avons pas pu en profiter.

Cons:

Le jacuzzi froid et trop long pour le réchauffer. Nous avons essayé froid mais à Medellín il ne faisait pas assez chaud à l’extérieur au mois d’avril. La chambre en rooftop est bruyante.
