La piscine du roof top était vide, l’évacuation de la douche dans notre chambre ne se faisait pas et il y avait une odeur de moisi.
Beautiful hotel right in the historic center of Cartagena. Great room, terrasse and the breakfast is really nice.
Staff is welcoming but they don’t go the extra mile. Overall, It’s pretty pricy for what you get.
Location is great. Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the room quiet for sleeping.
The housekeeping staff (and maybe all the staff overall) could use more training. Upon checking in, our room tile floor had not been cleaned. It was gritty and my bare feet were quickly black. They also forgot to leave any towels in the room and we had to ask for them. Housekeeping forgot to replenish the complimentary coffee packets and water for coffee on day 2; along with an extra toilet paper roll. Not sure what else our room may have been missing since there were no little extras such as a shower cap. We also did not like how the toilet closet and shower were only separated by a glass door. There was a curtain that helped a bit with privacy, but still strange for the toilet area to feel so exposed.

Location is good, friendly staff and good breakfast. Overall good stay but for the price I’d like to find a different place next time.
Some honest and hopefully friendly criticism: The hotel had some problems with their laundry service and that meant we did not have towels available in our room for the first two days (they solved it a few hours later each day and we did receive a nice bottle of wine :) ).
There’s a white sofa in the room that is very dirty and stained which does not make you want to sit there.
The bathroom has a curtain for privacy, but I will never understand the full transparency openness (in most hotels nowadays though).
The common areas look nice but lack a comfortable chair and space for you to enjoy them. Same with the rooftop, it does not provide a “cozy” experience.

Ver las paredes de la piscina del primer piso con rajaduras hongos y en el último piso deberían pintar y tener mejor mantenimiento con las paredes y jacuzzi
El desayuno estuvo bien.
Cuando hice la reserva me dieron una tarifa de $ 198.90 dólares, y posteriormente al pagar me dieron una tarifa de $ 236.69 y el hotel no me pudo resolver nada porque alegaron que eso habia sido manejo de Booking.

Having a major issue with this hotel, poor staff training, very unfriendly, causing them to charge my credit card 3 times ! in one card is the correct value that I owe for the property. But they also charged twice in the other other card, in this card they mistakenly charge the entire stay (what was already charged/paid in the other), then they told me would be canceling and returning the charge, but instead due staff incompetency, they have charged again ! doubling the value! after numerous requests, hotel said was canceled, but never credit into my account. I´m with my bank disputing these charges, Still not resolved, after 20 days. I will push until the end on this matter, even with legal actions if necessary. Waiting on a response! I travel the whole world, never had an issue like this.
