We had a lovely stay at the hotel and would consider returning again.
Pros:

The interior garden with pool is very inviting, the room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Cons:

The rooftop could use an update and the main steps going up to the rooms were not clean.

Disappointing value for a “Boutique” hotel plus no air conditioning in hotel restaurant!
Pros:

We stayed 4 nights at this boutique hotel and unfortunately it did not offer good value for the price.
The shower head in our room was clogged with mineral buildup, which made it difficult to use. Although the room included a water kettle, no coffee was provided—and when we asked for some, we were told it wasn’t available. This was especially surprising in a country known for its coffee.

The room decor was worn out. One wall featured a large mural, but it appeared poorly maintained, with paint missing and pieces of tissue paper stuck to it, giving a careless impression.

Breakfast had decent food options, and the restaurant staff were the highlight of our stay—friendly and attentive. However, the dining room was uncomfortable, as there was no air conditioning, and it was already quite hot at 7:30 a.m.

Overall, for the price and the way the hotel is marketed as a boutique experience, we expected better upkeep and more attention to guest comfort. Aside from the restaurant staff, service and maintenance fell short.

SI VUELVO A CARTAGENA, VUELVO A ESTE HOTEL.
Pros:

Todo fue positivo. El lugar, el equipo que trabaja en el hotel, la zona, la calidad de internet, la cama, la ducha, las piletas (tiene dos). Cartagena se puede volver un lugar hostil, de tanto turismo, acoso de vendedores y calor. En este hotel -donde nos quedamos 5 noches- encontramos un espacio tranquilo, seguro y con atención superlativa.

El desayuno es completo y hasta las 11hs. Y, de nuevo, todos los colaboradores del hotel son gentiles, educados, respetuosos, atenciosos, cuidadosos y con muy buena onda.

Cons:

Dificil encontrar algo "malo". Quizá los precios del bar y el restaurante del hotel son un poco elevados. 25.000 una cerveza es mucho, cuando en el super sale 3000. Pero eso no es algo malo, eso es una decisión comercial.

Belle hôtel mais tout n’est pas fonctionnel, dommage!
Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau, le petit déjeuner est bon et le personnel agréable

Cons:

La piscine du roof top était vide, l’évacuation de la douche dans notre chambre ne se faisait pas et il y avait une odeur de moisi.

Central and relaxed but overpriced stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel right in the historic center of Cartagena. Great room, terrasse and the breakfast is really nice.

Cons:

Staff is welcoming but they don’t go the extra mile. Overall, It’s pretty pricy for what you get.

We enjoyed it, but the hotel can use a few improvements.
Pros:

Location is great. Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the room quiet for sleeping.

Cons:

The housekeeping staff (and maybe all the staff overall) could use more training. Upon checking in, our room tile floor had not been cleaned. It was gritty and my bare feet were quickly black. They also forgot to leave any towels in the room and we had to ask for them. Housekeeping forgot to replenish the complimentary coffee packets and water for coffee on day 2; along with an extra toilet paper roll. Not sure what else our room may have been missing since there were no little extras such as a shower cap. We also did not like how the toilet closet and shower were only separated by a glass door. There was a curtain that helped a bit with privacy, but still strange for the toilet area to feel so exposed.

Just ok, but could have been better
Pros:

Location is good, friendly staff and good breakfast. Overall good stay but for the price I’d like to find a different place next time.

Cons:

Some honest and hopefully friendly criticism: The hotel had some problems with their laundry service and that meant we did not have towels available in our room for the first two days (they solved it a few hours later each day and we did receive a nice bottle of wine :) ).
There’s a white sofa in the room that is very dirty and stained which does not make you want to sit there.
The bathroom has a curtain for privacy, but I will never understand the full transparency openness (in most hotels nowadays though).
The common areas look nice but lack a comfortable chair and space for you to enjoy them. Same with the rooftop, it does not provide a “cozy” experience.
