Pros:

Nice hotel and very kind and helpful staff, especially at the reception. Excellent breakfast, nice and clean pool and surroundings.

Cons:

The bathroom is clean, but there are also traces of limescale and the water flow in the shower was poor. It could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, but that didn't spoil our impression and we are actually very satisfied.

Pros:

A hotel, az udvar és az előtér is gyönyörű, igazán kellemes és hangulatos környezet fogadott minket. A reggeli és a vacsora svédasztalos, bőséges és változatos kínálattal, az ételek pedig nagyon finomak voltak. A személyzet rendkívül kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész. Összességében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szívesen visszatérnénk!

Cons:

Negatívumként elsősorban a szobák hangszigetelését emelnénk ki. A bejárati ajtók sajnos nem szigetelnek megfelelően, így az éjszakai zajok és a zene könnyen behallatszanak a szobába, ami zavaró lehet pihenés és alvás közben.

A parkolóhelyek száma korlátozott, így nekünk a hotellel szemközti területen kellett parkolnunk.

Sajnos a fürdőszoba tisztaságával sem voltunk teljesen elégedettek, több helyen penészt is tapasztaltunk.

Très agréablement surpris
Pros:

Hotel très agréable, calme et familial.
Gros coup de coeur pour les extérieurs, très arborés et fleuris. La piscine est calme, bien entretenue, et il y a un nombre suffisant de transats, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, de quoi satisfaire tout le monde.
Il y a des restaurants pas loin de l’hôtel, a des prix très corrects.
La plage est a 5 mn a pied, et très facile d’accès.
Nous y reviendrons si nous en avons l’occasion.

Cons:

Le nombre de places de parking est limité, mais au final ce n’est pas non plus un enorme problème.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our experience.

The food was exceptional, with a great variety available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As we were all-inclusive, we were particularly impressed by the quality and choice of food throughout our stay.

Our room was clean and well maintained, and the pool area was absolutely spectacular — definitely one of the highlights of the hotel.

We also appreciated the personal touch from the owner, who took the time to approach us personally and ask how we were enjoying our stay. It was lovely to see such genuine interest in the guests' experience.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily return!

Un hôtel très bien avec grande piscine et un buffet de qualité
Pros:

L'esprit familial de cet hotel à taille humaine. Le personnel est aux petits soins. La piscine est très grande et profonde.
La qualité de la nourriture. Des buffets variés et qui sont très bons. Nous sommes restés 7 jours.

Cons:

Une terrasse extérieure pour le diner qui pourrait être plus ouverte.

Bardzo polecam ten obiekt, pomimo iż budynek nie jest najnowszy to posiada wszelkie udogodnienia.
Pros:

Super lokalizacja, bardzo piękny ogród, siłownia, bardzo dobry basen, bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa zarówno w recepcji jak i na stołówce. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do miasta oraz do plaży. Plaża piaskowa super!

Cons:

Brak dobrej kawy podczas śniadania, automat z proszku. Bardzo małe łazienki w pokojach widać że w przyszłości wymagające remontu.

Für einen erholsamen Urlaub außerhalb der Stadt ist dieses Hotel eine gute Wahl, da es vieles bietet, was man sich wünsc
Pros:

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Besonders gut gefallen haben mir das große und saubere Zimmer, der schöne Blick vom Balkon auf den Pool sowie der ausreichend große Pool mit genügend Liegen. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl. Außerdem fand ich die gute Verkehrsanbindung praktisch: Das Hotel liegt etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Zentrum Rethymno entfernt und eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.

Cons:

Beim Abendessen hätte ich mir mehr Abwechslung bei den Beilagen gewünscht, zum Beispiel Reis, Pommes oder Nudeln. Auch ein spezielles Kindermenü wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Außerdem hat mir der nahegelegene Strand nicht besonders gefallen, da es sowohl am Strand als auch im Meer viele Steine gibt.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist klein und ruhig. Es liegt inmitten von Grün und das Personal ist freundlich. Der Pool ist sauber, es gibt viele Liegestühle und man findet immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen zum Entspannen. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt.

Cons:

Das Hotel und der Pool wirkten auf den Fotos größer als in Wirklichkeit. Der Strand war enttäuschend, schmutzig und der felsige Zugang zum Meer war schwierig. Es gab keine hoteleigenen Liegen, sondern nur welche von einem nahegelegenen Café, die man gegen Gebühr mieten musste. Der Wellengang war jeden Tag stark. Das Frühstück war eintönig, das Mittagessen bestand ebenfalls aus mehreren Gängen, und nur das Abendessen bot etwas Abwechslung, die Auswahl war aber gering. Die drei angebotenen Weine waren trocken. Außerdem fand ich es nicht gut, dass Cocktails extra kosteten. Es gab zwar eine Getränkekarte für All-inclusive-Gäste, aber Getränke wie „Mojito“ oder „Sex on the Beach“ mussten separat bezahlt werden. Pommes, Burger und Pizza waren ebenfalls kostenpflichtig. Das war eine unangenehme Überraschung, da wir Vollpension gebucht hatten. Dieses Hotel hat mich und meinen Mann enttäuscht.
