Important information:

There are two ways to get to the hotel: One is through Tolu-Sucre. Boats leave daily at 8:30 AM; the other way is through Cartagena; In order to get the tickets from Cartagena to the hotel, you have to reserve and buy the tickets through a boat service provider that the property will provide once they confirm your reservation.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Este lugar tiene un personal muy amigable, todo esta muy limpio y tienen muy buena atención. Las opciones de comida y de bebida están muy bien precio-calidad. Lo recomendaría a todos los que quieran pasar un buen tiempo con pareja, familia o amigos!

Le personnel de l'accueil et du restaurant bar sont charmants et serviables. Le cadre est exceptionnel, l'accès à la mer est splendide avec une eau turquoise.

Cons:

Le prix est élevé par rapport au vieillissement de l'hôtel aussi bien les espaces communs que la chambre. Les repas sont corrects excepté la langouste commandé la veille exceptionnel. Pas d'eau chaude ni de pression dans la douche.

Endroit très agréable, très tranquille, mer magnifique, personnel très sympa ( accueil, bar et restau). Repas varié, nous avons apprécié qu'il y ait peu de monde à cet hôtel. Nous avons pu profiter de la mer et du farniente. Halte à faire si on veut se poser, bouquiner...navettes vers Rincon et Catagene ( a réserver)

La ubicación,el agua del mar bellísima.La tranquilidad que se disfruta allí.Las instalaciones para relajarse.Cada huésped siente que está solo,ya que cada uno disfruta del espacio sin molestar a nadie ni ser invadido.Hermoso

Pros:

Mas allá de ser una isla el hotel es fresco y espacioso. La atención increible. Los cuartos muy comodos.

Cons:

Estas medio limitado a todo, pero porque no deja de ser una isla chica dentro de todo, solo podes usar la playa de ellos que no es tan grande, el resto de los alojamientos tampoco tiene de todas maneras. Y solo podes consumir del hotel ya que hay riesgo de intoxicacion, pero el resto todo bien.

La suite était merveilleuse

Cons:

Les extérieurs manquent d'entretien : planches au sol cassées, clous qui resortent du sol, piscine trouble avec une eau verdâtre... tout est vieillissant et mal entretenu.
Le restaurant avec une nourriture médiocre et beaucoup de produits manquant.
