Important information:

There are two ways to get to the hotel: One is through Tolu-Sucre. Boats leave daily at 8:30 AM; the other way is through Cartagena; In order to get the tickets from Cartagena to the hotel, you have to reserve and buy the tickets through a boat service provider that the property will provide once they confirm your reservation. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval and Additional charges of 80.000COP per night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Sitio para relajarse
Pros:

El alojamiento da mucha paz y tranquilidad. La excursión que ofrecen para ver el plactom luminiscente es espectacular, merece mucho la pena
Las habitaciones son espaciosas
El desayuno está bien

Cons:

Para mí lo peor fue que la playa privada no era muy buena, el mar bonito pero la arena súper descuidada
Las instalaciones están bien porque parece una isla desierta pero quizás podían dar una mano de pintura para que sea más apetecible y sobre todo recoger la zona de “playa”
El agua caliente no funcionaba muy allá aunque tampoco fue un problema y la comida puede mejorar

Cons:

Erst beim zweiten Hinsehen: aber der Steg hat schon bessere Tage gesehen.

Pros:

4 dagen lang was ik in een paradijs.
Iedereen was zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Ik voelde mij als een prinses!
Het eten is er super super lekker!
De kamer was altijd tip top in orde.
De activiteiten die ik deed via het hotel; snorkelen en lichtgevend plankton waren goed geregeld en was een indrukwekkende ervaring.
Het domein is heel mooi en uitstekend verzorgd. Het is een oase van rust. Ook de mini gym buiten vond ik een plus!

Cons:

Dat ik niet langer kon blijven ;-)

Dias maravilhosos de descanso
Pros:

Os funcionários muito educados e receptivos. Fiz uma viagem sozinha e me atenderam muito bem. O chef Felipe manda muito bem na cozinha. Além do mais, o custo benefício é excelente. Foram dois dias de descanso e sossego. A praia privativa do hotel é um local de descanso e aconchego. O mar em frente muito calmo, excelente para um banho.

Viagem incrível, pessoas incríveis.
Pros:

Lugar incrível, acomodação com conforto, ar condicionado, quarto amplo e arejado, roupas de cama limpinhas que são trocadas sempre que necessário. Tudo incrível, desde o começo, oito meses antes da data, logo que reservei, funcionária Laura foi muito atenciosa e paciente, quando chegamos ao hotel todos os funcionários muito simpáticos, gentis e atenciosos (recepção, capitão, mensageiro, as meninas da limpeza, cozinha) um agradecimento em especial a Diego, Xavier e chefes Filipe e Luis que tornaram nossa viagem inesquecível.

Pros:

El servicio y el personal es fantastico. Ninguna queja. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la reserva y nos ayudaron en todo momento.
La comida es diliciosa, tienen muy buenos cocineros!!

Great resort!
Pros:

Excellent place to stay, resort is a stunner. Staff are so lovely and friendly. Beaut rooms too!

Cons:

Avoid the dinner if you can. Lasagne was not nice at all and it’s so expensive.

Pros:

Todo fue increíble, la habitación impecable, el desayuno espectacular, las instalaciones muy buenas, el personal muy atento y se ven hartos animales si estas buscando (iguanas, monos, guacamayas)

Cons:

Podría haber tenido agua caliente en las duchas, pero hace tanto calor que no es necesario.

Volveremos sin duda!!
Pros:

La atencion sin duda, el personal de servicio muy amable... Daniel en recepcion, Felipe y su equipo en cocina, Edwin y el equipo del bar, Belsy en los masajes... todos espectaculares, nos hicieron sentir sumamente bien atendidos, muy serviciales y queridos... gracias por todo!!!

Adicional, la tranquilidad del hotel y la isla en general, un lugar para desconectarse y descansar realmente....

Cons:

Sugerimos tener mas opciones de snacks entre comidas (helados, malteadas, raspaos, etc) ... pero pues nada critico, solo gusto personal ....
