There are two ways to get to the hotel: One is through Tolu-Sucre. Boats leave daily at 8:30 AM; the other way is through Cartagena; In order to get the tickets from Cartagena to the hotel, you have to reserve and buy the tickets through a boat service provider that the property will provide once they confirm your reservation. Please note that pets are only allowed upon request and subject to approval and Additional charges of 80.000COP per night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

De ligging en de rust, het eten en vriendelijk personeel.
Een beetje vuil van de bomen rond het zwembad. Vuile matrassen op de ligbedjes. Zijn kleine dingen die het er anders zouden kunnen laten uitzien.
How spacious and memorable the place was.
There was no permanent AC nor hot water. Which is understandable given the location.

Falta mantenimiento y deberían preocuparse mas por la limpieza de la playa y del manglar
Es un lugar hermoso, el color y la temperatura del agua del mar es genial muy muy Caribe
Es entendible que la fuerza del mar corroe y dañan infraestructura, pero estar atentos a pequeños daños que pueden generarse accidentes, informar al turista lo que implica llagar a ala isla, (traslados, lanchas posibilidad de mojar el equipaje etc)
Una experiencia simplemente maravillosa. Todo el personal es amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones están muy bien diseñadas y se siente la verdadera desconexión y tranquilidad!
El tour de fitoplancton es espectacular, algo que definitivamente no se puede perder.
Lo único es que debería haber también una opción de transporte hacia coveñas, ya que muchos llegan desde ahí y no hay opción de transporte con el hotel entonces debes contratar servicios con personas externas
Es un paraíso, súper lindo, súper tranquilo, el personal un 10, nos encantó, lo único a tener en cuenta es que son dos horas en lancha desde Cartagena.
Todo súper bien, solo por comentar algo el colchón de las camas muy duro.
That it had easy access to the ocean and the pool. I felt like we were staying in our own private island. Very peaceful!! The personnel were very polite and kind.
There some few repairs that the property could use (water pressure for the showers, a few tiles in the shower could be replaced)
La atención, y el lugar en genral
Durante el regreso, en la lancha subieron una planta eléctrica, lo que hizo que el desplazamiento fura más lento, nos varamos 2 veces lo que hizo que perdiera el vuelo y me toco gastar $2.600.00 más que no se tenían presupuestados.
Si nos hubiésemos gastado el tiempo que nos dijeron al inicio no hubiéramos perdido el vuelo.
El sitio muy tranquilo en las mañana el mar muy quieto en la tarde con un poco mas de movimiento. La atencion del personal super bien.
Nuestra habitacion barco 4 muy linda pero se calienta, tenia en el dia un ventilador de pie que no es suficiente podria mejorarse con uno de techo. El aire comienza a las 6 pm
El personal! Todos super super amables! Las personas del restaurante increíblemente amables y la comida deliciosa!!!!
Las habitaciones limpias, la playa hermosa y tranquila. Las fotos coinciden con la realidad
* La falta de comunicación para organizar la llegada al hotel.
* El kit de primeros auxilios puede estar mejor. Algunos de los medicamentos vencidos.
* Pero en general la experiencia fue maravillosa:)

El lugar fue agradable pero falta mas actividades yoga zumba o algo para pasar el rato
Hermosos un lugar paradisíaco
No me gustó q hay clavos afuera en algunas de las instalaciones q son de madera así q son un peligro para las personas q andamos descalzas e incluso con chanclas y me tropezaba con esos clavos q están afuera de igual manera hacerle mantenimiento a todo en general se ven muchas tablas despegadas
