La nourriture était bonne, la chambre propre et bien entretenue. Le service de nettoyage était réactif et efficace. Nous n’avons aucune remarque particulière à signaler concernant le service et les installations.

Cons:

Nous avions simplement demandé une chambre avec vue sur l’océan, étant donné qu’il s’agissait de notre voyage de noces. Malheureusement, cette demande n’a pas été prise en compte. La seule proposition qui nous a été faite était de payer un supplément de 750 pour bénéficier du petit-déjeuner en chambre.

Le cadre, le personnel, le petit dej. Rien à dire.

Cons:

La propreté de notre chambre et plus particulièrement la baignoire et de notre terrasse (sous vêtement d'un ancien client dans l'herbe, papiers...) .

An Unforgettable Stay at Hilton Al Houara

Our stay at the Hilton Al Houara in Tangier was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
From the complimentary early check-in to the constant support with every little request, the hospitality was truly outstanding.

A special highlight was the seamless cooperation with the golf course — everything was perfectly organized and created a truly unique experience.
The combination of the beautiful resort, amazing service, and world-class golf made this one of the best trips we’ve ever had.

We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked again for next year!

Special shout-out to the incredible team members who made our stay unforgettable: Hassan (Room Service), Mohamed Chouay (Assistant Room Service Manager), Labiba, Nada, Anass, Salmane, Fouad, Mehdi, Sammae, and Mahdi.

Heerlijk tot rust komen
Pros:

Prachtige familie appartement voor ons gezin van 5 met twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers en een woongedeelte. Groot balkon met uitzicht op de zee. Tuinen en zwembaden zeer luxe aangekleed en genoten van alle faciliteiten. Buffet was erg goed, zowel het ontbijt als het dinner.

Cons:

Drankjes vond ik persoonlijk erg duur. Voor zowel soda als bier. Met een gezin tikt dit erg hard aan.

Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique,
Le personnel est vraiment au soucis du client réception, restaurant, activités, kids club… (+Très souriant et agréable)
Idéal en famille car beaucoup d’activités pour les enfants de tout âge.
Les chambres et appartements sont très bien équipé. (Literie, insonorisation, salle de bain, terrasse..)
Séjour très reposant, avec vues incroyables.

Pros:

The resort is breath taking and the staff, the rooms, the restaurants, the everything was really worth it all!

Cons:

I knew that is was a bit out of reach from the hustle and bustle of Tangier, but the resort offered a daily shuttle bus (leaves at 10 am and offers a return at 4 pm) or a private chauffeur for 400DH one way.
Because it was so far away we made use of the chauffeur once, which was really comfortable as well as of the shuttle bus option.
So if you one really want to explore Tangier, just be considered of the location of the resort.
