Balkon könnte man mal neu streichen, den Strand fand ich nicht schön, Speisen und Getränke im Hotel Sehr teuer, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe, kein Supermarkt oder der gleichen vorhanden,

A lovely stay with exceptionally warm and attentive staff, but a few five-star touches were missing.

We really enjoyed our stay and would especially like to thank the staff, who were incredibly kind and attentive throughout. A special thank you to Chef Hanane at the buffet, who was exceptionally warm and accommodating, particularly with me being pregnant. She really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had suitable options, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the hospitality and friendliness of the staff were a highlight of our stay.

Cons:

For a five-star hotel, we felt that some of the small touches normally expected at this level were missing. There was no coffee machine in the room, and no welcome treat such as chocolates, sweets or a small dessert, which is something we are accustomed to receiving at other five-star hotels, even in tangier. The bathroom amenities were also quite limited, with no additional hygiene or personal-care products beyond the basics. These are small details, but they do make a difference to the overall five-star experience.

Prachtig resort
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, altijd groetend en behulpzaam. Ruime kamers met veel kasten. Eten was voortreffelijk. Avondprogramma was ook mooi. Altijd lekkere verse munt thee.

Cons:

Bijna niks. Alleen douches op strand mogen wel wat sterker.

Half pension was goed verzorgd, zwembad was ook top.

Cons:

In-room dining service kan beter. Er staat een optie dat je de rekening op de kamer kunt zetten. Zodra je krijgt wat je besteld hebt, moet je toch op dat moment betalen. Waarom dan die optie aanbieden? Ook krijg ik bij de in-room dining service geen waar voor me geld. Ik had twee thee besteld wat 120 dh in totaal was. Een beetje water met wat plantjes erin. Ik zie de prijzen vooraf, maar ik verwacht op z’n minst twee theepotten voor dat bedrag. Helaas kreeg ik (terwijl ik voor 2 had betaald) 1 theepot met twee kleine glazen. Meer kon je er ook niet uit drinken.
