Et finalement le coup de coeur de mes enfants Mme safae du Kids club , ta présence est excellente et ton attitude vers les enfants et juste magnifique.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit prachtige hotel. Alles zag er verzorgd en sfeervol uit, waardoor we ons meteen welkom voelden.
Het ontbijtbuffet was heerlijk en ook de kids club was een groot succes; onze kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt.
Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In het bijzonder willen wij de heer Fouad bedanken. Hij is super aardig en zeer behulpzaam. Wij hadden een probleem met een koffer en Fouad heeft ons hier zo goed bij geholpen. Dankzij hem werd ons probleem snel en professioneel opgelost.
Wat ons minder beviel, waren de extreem dure wellness-faciliteiten en de prijzen voor de laundry. Deze vonden wij echt aan de hoge kant.

We arrived at the hotel and were kindly offered an early check-in, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, our overall experience did not meet the standards we are used to with Hilton hotels. This property felt very different from other Hilton locations we have stayed at, including Hilton Tangier City Center.
From the beginning, there was a strong and repeated focus on upselling. During this stay and a previous one, we were frequently encouraged to pay extra for room upgrades or sea-view rooms. Based on our experience, these views did not justify the additional cost, which made the offers feel disappointing rather than appealing.
When we noticed a significant price drop compared to what we had paid and contacted the hotel through Booking, our request for a small gesture was met only with paid upgrade offers. Some of these offers were priced higher than what was publicly available online for the same room category, which was frustrating.
Unfortunately, the first room we were assigned was not clean, particularly the bathroom, and did not meet the standards we expect from a Hilton hotel. After we raised the issue, Guest Relations apologized and moved us to a cleaner room, which we appreciated.
Overall, however, the hotel did not match the level of quality, cleanliness, and consistency we have experienced in other Hilton properties, and communication through Booking was limited.
That said, we would like to sincerely praise the breakfast restaurant team after the first two days. Their service was exceptional and truly exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the breakfast manager, who showed outstanding professionalism by personally attending to guests, as well as Hilimi el ghaboun , He was attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, and as well Khadija El Atiki and jouhaina El marrouni and somaya for their excellent service. The ladies welcoming guests at the entrance, were all warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. This team made our mornings enjoyable and left a very positive impression.
While some staff members clearly did their best, the overall experience felt overly commercial and lacked the thoughtful gestures that usually make Hilton stays feel special. For this reason, we do not feel this property reflects the Hilton standards we have experienced elsewhere.
