First and foremost, the staff deserve an outstanding 10+! Across every department, from reception and the lobby to housekeeping, room service, restaurant and bar staff, pool attendants, and the doormen, everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Their genuine hospitality and personal attention made me feel truly welcome and contributed enormously to my enjoyable stay. A heartfelt compliment to the entire team!
The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture, wonderfully maintained gardens, a magnificent swimming pool, and a fantastic location by the sea. The peaceful atmosphere, spacious surroundings, and natural beauty make it a perfect place to relax and unwind.
The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a delicious and varied selection, including plenty of fresh and healthy options. I also appreciated the lovely terraces, sports facilities, and complimentary shuttle service to Tangier.
During my eight-night stay, I truly enjoyed the tranquillity, beautiful surroundings, and above all, the exceptional hospitality. A wonderful resort where the dedicated staff make all the difference!
Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, there are a few areas that could make the experience even better.
The secluded location offers wonderful tranquillity but also makes guests dependent on transportation. The complimentary shuttle to Tangier is a great service, although return options are limited. A hotel-arranged taxi from the city centre is available, but relatively expensive. Particularly as a solo traveller, I prefer the familiar and reliable shuttle service. An additional late return trip would therefore be very welcome.
There was no evening entertainment during my eight-night stay, which was confirmed when I enquired. Given the remote location, some evening activities or a later shuttle service would be a lovely addition.
A practical suggestion would be QR codes on the terrace tables at The Rose Lobby Bar, allowing guests to order directly, as they already can at the Tucano Pool Bar. This would benefit both guests and staff.
The room service menu could offer more light and healthy meals alongside the mainly snack-style options. The buffets already provide plenty of healthy choices, and a better balance would complement the wellness concept.
Spa and wellness activities could also be promoted more actively, perhaps through the hotel’s existing WhatsApp service.
These are simply suggestions to make an already beautiful resort even more enjoyable. The stunning surroundings and exceptionally friendly staff deserve every compliment!

Not very clean rooms. There was some mold in the bathroom's sink.
This hotel is far from where it was when I first stayed there 7years ago.

Het eten, de prachtige tuin en het zwembad
Jammer dat de keuken in het appartement niet uitgerust was met keukenbenodigdheden. Alle keukenkastjes waren leeg bij aankomst. Toen we erom vroegen werden wat pannen gebracht en na nog verder aandringen ook een aantal borden en bestek. Als je een appartement met keuken verhuurt, dan hoort de keuken op zijn minst te beschikken over de essentials.
