Everthing was very good

We really enjoyed our stay at Acrotel Athena Residence. The residence section with its private pool was fantastic, and we loved having that shared space to relax in. The facilities were high quality and the setting felt special.
One downside was that a significant extra charge was added for a last-minute additional guest, even though our room already had an extra bed prepared. This was a bit disappointing given everything else was so well arranged.
Overall, though, it was a very pleasant stay in a beautiful setting.

Beatiful place, private and close to the beach. For a family or few families together it is a great place as the rooms as a porch to the pool and there is place for everyone to spend time together in the private area of the residence.
The service was not good for a 5 star hotel. It felt like we were alone, only 1 staff member so during the day we needed to wait long time to get food or drinks, no one came to clean the pool area until the morning after, the bar was closed many times during working hours and also the room housekeeping colud br better- needed to ask them to come clean, renew the towels and toilet paper. Things that you expect from a 5 star hotel to do

Animation team was nice but the program is dull and rare, there is nothing to do in the evening with children
Beach is not clean and there is no sand, very dirty sunbeds and very bad umbrellas .. the water, however is super clean
Too many stairs to the beach… it’s not stroller or wheelchair accessible, it was very hard for me and the baby
Reception was not interested in our satisfaction, didn’t even try to make us feel welcome
The staff were really helpful—Joanna from the Residential Area Bar, in particular, went out of her way to sort out any problems we had during our stay.
The only downside was the stony, narrow beach with not enough sunbeds, but we actually liked having some natural shade in the morning.

Nice facilities with an exclusive pool area, fantastic restaurants and friendly staff. We travel with kids, and the hotel's kids' club offered daily activities for the little ones. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast and dinner buffet was okay, but didn't meet our expectations for a 5-star rated hotel. However, for dinner we had the option to use the hotel restaurant, which was very nice. The hotel was also empty, and we felt a bit lost.
We like our stay overall. The staff were very friendly. We stayed at the Residence, the house is spacious and modern. The indoor playroom was nice for younger kids. The Lemoni a la carte restaurant was nice.
The quality of food in the buffet restaurant can be beter. The toilets in the buffet restaurant are quite old, which should be upgraded in our view. The water cooker in our view gave very strange smell and taste when we used to make hot water. There should be a fence between the ground floor and upper floor as our toddler kept on trying to climb the stairs. The outdoor playground was small and old, which should be improved in our view.

Private area pool at Maisonette rooms was not heated at this time of the year (only the main pool was), so no one could take advantage of this facility.
