Renaissance really exceeded my expectations. Everything was spot on and elegant. the price was also very reasonable. I got an amazing zoom with the ocean view and the food was great. I highly recommend and definitely would be back!

The address that appears in Expedia doesnt correspond to the HOtel; address. It takes you to the outskirts to a VERY unsafe place. This is unacceptable it took me 3 hoyrs and i had to hire and follow an uber!!!

Nice clean rooms and the staff was very helpful on helping us get transportation to where we needed to get. Plus the local mall downstairs next to Hotel was plus. Would differently go again and let everyone else know it’s a good place to stay on your first visit to Cancun.

This is 4th time we stsyed in this hotel. We jus love it. The smell since you arrive makes me feel good. The atention is super. Room with a view to the Marina is just amazing. Location couldn’t be better. This is our home outside home.
