Výber z jedál. Pestrosť jedál počas pobytu. Výber nápojov. Personál a jeho správanie.

Pros:

Otok je prekrasan, prvenstveno priroda, kao i ljudi. Osoblje pokazuje veliku predanost — od recepcionarki, konobara, djelatnika zaduženih za održavanje zelenih površina, čistačica pa sve do osoblja u kuhinji (gospodin Dimitris i ostali). Nadam se da su primjereno plaćeni za svoj rad jer se vidi velika predanost. Parking je prostran i praktičan. Sobe su prostrane i dobro namještene, nažalost neudobni kreveti, koji su najvažniji su više nego loši.

Cons:

Hotel ne zaslužuje 4 zvjezdice — 3 bi bile primjerenije.
Hotelski kreveti su pretvrdi, ulegnuti, a opruge se osjete (soba 505). Pri rezervaciji smo pitali ima li hotel mekane i udobne madrace, ali nismo dobili odgovor. Po dolasku smo zamolili recepcionarku da nam osigura udobniji krevet, a greška je ispravljena sljedećega dana postavljanjem naddušeka — na čemu smo posebno zahvalni (gospođi plave kose na recepciji).

Na odmor se dolazi radi opuštanja, a udoban krevet i čistoća prvi su uvjet za to.
Hrana u hotelu je raznolika, ali primjetno se ponovno koriste namirnice koje se nisu potrošile u prethodnim obrocima, a to nije u skladu sa zakonom i pravilima struke. Zbog tog propusta ocjena bi trebala biti znatno niža, ali sveukupni dojam popravljaju susretljivost i profesionalnost osoblja.

Glazba svira jednolično od 8 ujutro pa sve do 23 sata, pa nema pravog vremena za odmor. Osobito u poslijepodnevnim satima (14–17) trebalo bi osigurati mir. Lounge glazba, a ponekad i grčka, doprinijela bi autentičnosti doživljaja destinacije i osjećaj opuštenosti.

Voda u bazenu prva dva dana bila je mutna, ostavljajući dojam nečistoće, s jakim mirisom klora. Pritisak vode u tušu u kupaonici sobe, posebno u večernjim satima, bio je vrlo slab — nekoliko dana morali smo čekati kasno u noć da bismo se istuširali.

Hotel ima potencijala, ponajprije zahvaljujući ljudima koji u njemu rade, ali očigledno nedostaje angažmana samog rukovodstva u očuvanju standarda i poboljšanju usluge.

Poměr cena výkon super, k moři kousek, recepční vždy ochotné pomoci, všude čisto.
Pros:

Milý a ochotný personál, každý den čisté ložní prádlo a uklizený pokoj. Bohatý večerní program i mimo sézonu, polovina října.

Cons:

All inclusive jídlo slabší, jídlo nedochucené a ne moc velký výběr.

Pros:

buffet matin midi et soir a volonté fabuleux et variés et les cocktails du soir jusqu'à 23h excellents, personnel sympa , chambre tres confort et propre , 2 piscines superbes dont l'une avec tobogan , pas trop loin de la mer et des animations du bord de mer .

Hôtel très beau et de très belles infrastructures.Tres grande chambre.

Cons:

Malheureusement très sale sur les extérieurs avec des gobelets plastiques par terre, assiettes sales, poubelles pleines a longueur de journée en particulier autour des piscines.

Pros:

Персонал очень приветливый, улыбчивый
Повара, работники на ресепшене очень классные!
В ресторане довольно хороший выбор блюд. Каждый найдёт, то что ему нравится. Еда вкусная.
Каждую пятницу повара жарят шашлыки и мясо на улице на огне. И это сопровождается песнями и танцами. Танцуют для вас сами повара. Мы были в восторге.

Cons:

Самый большой минус, что в номерах не работает вайфай. Он есть только на первом этаже. Но, даже в этом мы нашли плюс: мы много общались😁, мало кто из нас сидел в телефонах.
И второй минус: у сестры в номере в кровати отсутствовали несколько реек и когда ложишься на кровать матрас в этом месте немного проваливается и не очень удобно спать

La piscina de toboganes muy entretenida para los peques pero le falta mantenimiento y están muy sucias las escaleras
