war nicht schlecht
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, direkt am Gasthof hielt der Bus aus Innsbruck und ca 25 m war die Haltestelle um nach Innsbruck zu kommen.

Cons:

Uns hat auf den Frühstückstischen , ein Abfallbehälter gefehlt.

Tutto bene, tranne il trattamento da parte del gestore

Non mi è piaciuto il trattamento ricevuto dal gestore della struttura; quando siamo arrivati sapeva parlare italiano e ci siamo capiti senza alcuna difficoltà. Unico neo dell'accoglienza è stato il tentativo di farci ripagare la tassa di soggiorno; in buona fede? Difficile dirlo, per come si è poi comportato nei giorni successivi fa pensare di no. La seconda sera, infatti, al nostro rientro alle ore 20,40 abbiamo trovato la porta d'ingresso chiusa, eppure in camera vi era la comunicazione sceritta di chiusura alle 22. Per riuscire ad entrare abbiamo dovuto disturbare un soggiornante che fortunatamente ci ha aperto la porta d'ingresso. Abbiamo anche provato a suonare il campanello ben cinque volte e chiamato al telefono altrettante. Seconda fortuna è che una inserviente abbia sentito che stavamo cercando di aprire la camera e si è prestata ad andare a recuperarci la chiave nella reception. Il giorno successivo mia moglie ha fatto presente l'accaduto al responsabile, il quale ha affermato di non capire l'italiano e avendogli poi parlato in inglese ha risposto che se avessimo suonato il campanello, entro cinque minuti sarebbe arrivato, cosa che non è assolutamente accaduta. Il giorno successivo si è verificato lo stesso problema con ospiti tedeschi che abbiamo personalmente aiutato ad entrare. Non mi sembra normale che gli ospiti vengano regolarmente chiusi fuori! Quando le ha mostrato il foglio dell'orario, ha risposto che era dello scorso anno, in modo arrogante e davvero poco professionale.

La vue et c est tout

Cons:

L accueil très froid, très peu de choix au petit déjeuner avec une hygiène des présentations des produits peu convainquante, du saumon sans protection et une fourchette qui va de la charcuterie au saumon et fromage.....
Lieu extrêmement bruyant de 6h du matin à 22h.
L établissement se trouve à même pas 2 mètres de la route et pas indiqué sur leur site.
Mais je ne comprends pas une chose concernant la facture, qui est de 846,72 €.débité le 16 mai correspondant selon le numéro de confirmation 6310 420 869 a la chambre 718,84€
La TVA 71,88 €
TAXE DE SÉJOUR 56€
Soit un total de 846, .72€ et malgré cela le propriétaire des lieux pas très aimable nous réclame pour obtenir la clé encore 56 €....ce serait booking qui selon c est dire ne sait pas compter....ce qui serait une première fois depuis que nous voyageons avec Booking
Concernant la WIFI soit disant a tous les étages, une fois hors des paliers et donc dans les chambres aucune connection, faut se déplacer en haut des escaliers pour obtenir le WIFI.
Contrairement à la WIFI, vous avez les odeurs de gras de cuisine à tous les étages et même dans les chambres.
Pour faire court un tres mauvais séjour, et souhaiterai avoir le remboursement des 56 € de taxes que nous avons payé 2 fois.
Facture a l appuie.
Concernant la chambre il manquerai un ventilateur, immeuble dans son jus donc pas de climatisation, même pas une boulloire électrique ou un petit frigo, car ils nous aient impossible d avoir une boisson chaude ou froide par l établissement, où un distributeur de boissons serait le bienvenu.

La terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes, le calme. Vraiment reposant.

Cons:

Peut être que le système de rangement de la chambre ne soit pas si clair. La dame de chambre est rentré sans y être demandé alors que nous étions dans la salle de bain… les fumeurs qui viennent sur la terrasse pour fumer et y laissent leur cigarette. Pas terrible pour un non fumeur.

Più che sufficiente.
Pros:

Architettura patriottica austriaca molto bella, con grandi trofei barocchi di cervo originali e una bellissima Stube del XVII secolo. Manca un poco di cura e soprattutto le camere si presentano ormai datate e necessitano di un rinnovamento (c'è la moquette, non c'è aria condizionata, non c'è frigo bar o cassaforte. Prima colazione molto buona (ma il caffe si paga a parte e costa 3,50) e vista bella (non eccezionale per il Tirolo, ma bella). Se si potesse rinnovare il tutto con gusto verrebbe fuori un capolavoro, ma ad oggi è più che sufficiente.

Cons:

La moquette in camera è poco igienica, non c'è aria condizionata, non c'è frigo bar o cassaforte. Nella prima colazione il caffe si paga a parte.

Nu mi a placut Mic dejunul,a fost foarte sarac. nici macar o simpla omleta de ouă nu a fost.. foarte putin pentru cate persoane au fost cazate..cine a venit mai taraziu nu a mai avut mai nimic de ales,si nici macar nu a mai fost complectat ulterior..in plus borcanele de dulceata erau expirate de 6 luni!
am avut si camera in partea cu strada si din pacate ferestrele nu blocheaza zgomotul..si este o zona destul de circulata de motociclisti care fac o galagie mare..deci mai mult de ora 6,nu ai sansa da dormi mai mult
