El trato y ubicacion
El hotel es antiguo, el personal del turno noche es poco amigable, tenia buenas expectativas por los comentarios pero nada que ver, es costoso para lo que ofrecen, la cama es dura y las almohadas son terribles estan en pesimas condiciones estaba tan cansada que no pude bajar a recepción a exigir las cambien, ni en un hotel barato he tenido una experiencia así, no volvería ni recomiendo que se hospeden en este hotel , por la zona hay muchisimas mejores opciones por el precio

Recepção é horrível, fiquei no hotel por 03 dias e meu quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia
El año pasado me gustó todo, pero en esta ocasión, esta nueva visita a Lima, había habido cambios negativos
Había reservado habitación doble y me dieron por el mismo precio una individual. Tuve que pedir otra toalla y me aseguraban que habían dejado dos. No había calentador de agua, por lo que no pudimos hacernos infusiones con los mates que habían dejado. Y no hubo wifi en toda la dureción de la estancia (dijeron que por problemas de internet en el hotel ese dia)

El wifi fatal,casi no funcionó y nos pusieron en una habitación preparada individual y nos la cobraron como doble,la recepcionista de noche fue muy desagradable

Laa atención del personal de recepción, se equivocaron al cobrar en pos y luego exigían de mala manera la cancelación, luego para la limpieza de la habitación solo enviaron sábanas y toallas para realizarlo uno mismo, no informan bien sobre los cobros extras.

Gotta hire friendly staff. The only people with manners were the doormen they were helpful and kind. The front desk persons looked like they did not have manners. I called to ask for a wake up called and the receptionist was lost and replied to me with another question asking me what did I mean. I only wanted a wake up call and she said yes and I never got the wake up call. Calling to ask for information they were exceptionally impolite. I only stayed there because the location is excellent but I doubt I will recommend this place for families. Guests at night very noisy and the two nights I spent there always mean and women screaming like in a fight. Also make sure you book breakfast on time because is cheaper otherwise if you call and ask to have the breakfast there is a 50% increase in price. Reason Unknown.
